Thanks for the offer KK and I may take you up on it a little bit further down the line. I've yet to tell the OH and son I'd like to move. We need more space and frankly that means moving out of ED, maximising the selling price and getting something further out of town that's bigger.What I'm not sure about is how far I need to go. -
So FIFA awarded the WC to Qatar and now admit to not having the foresight to realise it would be too hot in every respect for it to be played in the Summer. How bad is that for a governing body? Now they want to hold it in the Winter there and want everyone to adapt their seasons accordingly. I suspect this award in the first place has corruption written all over it and England if no one else should boycott it.

Actually KK, I was really just wondering was there a rule of thumb. I haven't put a lot of thought into it yet but thanks for highlighting what I need to consider. It's a long time since I moved anywhere. -
Can anyone advise if spending to improve your property is compensated by the increase in sale value?

Wouldn't it be so much simpler RD to use one of the above than having to do it yourself? Unless you think it would put people off entering! You wouldn't want to lose Mr.Lush for example but he is getting on a bit and might find all that malarkey a bit too much.

I think the Talksport one looks good as you can have a mini-league (haven't really checked the others). You should make a rule that whichever you choose the entrants use their forum names or else how else will we slag people off?

Seems logical to me. CR isn't signing a new contract and surely that can't just be about money. He must have plenty.Bale would placate the Madrid fans to an extent and besides can Madrid really afford him without selling CR? Where else would CR go but back to OT.He would cost a bit but selling Rooney would help offset that. Make sure Rooney gets on an international flight though.

We had a dog years ago and sometimes if a local bitch was in heat he would go 'missing' for a few days. He always returned and slept for a week. We used to refer to these times as when he was on the 'raz'. He never got lost though. Still don't know why cats do or indeed what the heck an 'indoor cat' is. One kept in captivity?

Pop your head into the Lost section and almost always there are several postings for 'lost cat'. I always liked dogs and never had a cat. So I wonder why the hell do so many of them get lost and that being the case why keep one as a pet? I'm also curious to know how you know a cat is 'lost'. Anyone?
