Tommy Bowe who you would expect to be there had moved out of position expecting the ball to go wide. I do hope Wales go all the way though. Their pre season conditioning sessions in Poland sounded like hell. It may be paying dividends now as extra fitness in such a long tournament could make all the difference.

I'd love to know how you came up with the figure of 70% Mr.Ben. Is it 70% of the carriage you are on? If so it might not be the same on the others. Are you sure it's not a case of people following you? Are you our leader? We've been waiting.

Perhaps he is upset as you posted it on a forum where other 'friends' can read it and may not know the type of jokey relationship you have. What you need to ask yourself is why are they both being so sensitive about it? When it comes to parenting, some parents can be a bit defensive and it's not something you can joke about with them. Still I think it's an over-reaction but you obviously don't know them as well as you thought.

Just in case you wonder what happens if there's a draw. There is then 2x10min. halves. If they are still level there is then another 10 minutes of sudden death i.e first one to score wins. And if they are still level, there is a place kicking competition. That would be fun if any of them got that far.

I'm conducting a little family game (in various countries)based on guessing the scores of each team in the RWC this w/end. Points are accumulated from the distance your guess is to the actual score. I'm trying to put this on a spreadsheet for simplicity. However if I use a simple calculation of deducting the actual less the guessed score I'm likely to get a plus or minus figure eg Wales score 10 points. One guess is 15, their score is 5. Another guess is 7 so their score is 3. However using the same calculation for the first one the result would be -3. Is there a way to make all answers positive regardless of the figure being above or below a certain number? Don't go to a lot of trouble if there isn't a simple answer. Thanks.

I got this tear off a day type calendar last Xmas for my son which he never used. Each day there is a Challenge with different difficulty ratings. If you want to have a go, the first correct answer can select a date for the next one. Generally forumites are respectful of posts in the Chapel of Rest thread. It sort of feels like it's a church. Maybe if your sentiments were posted there you wouldn't have had any of the comments that aren't as respectful as you would wish?
