I have a manual one but it's bl**dy time consuming. There are plenty of reasonably priced types on Amazon yet even if they get plenty of good reviews, there are always the bad ones. Does anyone have one at home they would recommend? Nothing industrial. Just something quite small. Thanks.

I'm still wondering what a steamed pudding is. I've googled it, read about it, just never came across it. I find it difficult to imagine in spite of the reading. Who would typically eat it if there is a typical? Most of the sites about it descend into desserts which this obviously wasn't.

Have you considered a massage to release the tension? It needs to go somewhere. As for long haul flights or any for that matter, you could always have a drink at the airport beforehand. A brother of mine had an intense fear of flying and that worked for him. Mixing valium and alcohol never troubled my mother. However the former may make you sleepy if you're new to it. I don't know where Fox gets his medical knowledge from nor rahrahrah for that matter. I don't agree with either's statements which were passed off as fact. I think it's a good move for England. A lot of what's written about BFS was unfair. He didn't do much lumping it up football to keep Sunderland up when Defoe was his CF. Besides, England have tried just about everything/one else. Give him a chance.
