The energy saving light bulbs are in most cases mini fluorescent tubes. These are more of a risk to the environment than incandescent (normal) light bulbs as they contain mercury. Another triumph for the EU. Replace something that works with something that is more dangerous and does not work as well.

As I said before, what they are doing is legal under the current tax regime. It's down to the government to change it. With regards to IP they could argue that it's all in the blend or the way it's made. Starbucks coffee is shite though and I haven't been in one for a couple of years.

I was told years ago by a policeman that the best way to attract attention was to shout 'Fire' as people tend not to ignore that whereas if you just shout 'Help me' people think you may be mucking about. -
