  1. Agree with WonderCat, don't see how anyone can make such a sure fired assumption. In time the market might well have slowed down after the BTL tax deadline, but you can't say so after a week. Reads more as wishful thinking...
  2. When Spurs had Bale it was all very much about him and how he performed. Spurs now defend and attack as a team, it's less about individuals...
  3. Foxy, the reality is that only about 15-20 points are up for grabs, and that's assuming a good week. The average weekly score for past winners has been around 7-8 points. Past experience also says that unless someone gets a really big score, or you have several very low scoring weeks, you won't be caught. Won't stop trying though! Week 32 fixtures... Saturday 16th April 2016 Norwich v Sunderland Everton v Southampton Man Utd v Aston Villa Newcastle v Swansea West Brom v Watford Chelsea v Man City Sunday 17th April 2016 Bournemouth v Liverpool Leicester v West Ham Arsenal v Crystal Palace Monday 18th April 2016 Stoke v Tottenham Tuesday 19th April 2016 Newcastle v Man City Wednesday 20th April 2016 West Ham v Watford Liverpool v Everton Man Utd v Crystal Palace Thursday 21st April 2016 Arsenal v West Brom
  4. I didn't see the match but it sounded an amazing game. One thing that has impressed me about Klopp is that he has been working with Rodgers' squad, and hasn't once used it as an excuse when results have gone against him. It's going to be a really important summer transfer window for him and a few other managers...
  5. I assumed it meant pool. From Google...Poehler Name Meaning. German (Westphalian) (also P?hler): topographic name for someone who lived by a muddy pool, from an agent noun derived from Middle Low German pol '(muddy) pool'.
  6. Just when you thought it couldn't get any worse...
  7. Not quite 25 years, but 17 years since this happened is scary...
  8. I think I would prefer that than letting him see out the final year, which would mean another season of the players not being particularly arsed amid constant speculation as to who the next manager will be...
  9. Never mind Sue, it's the thought that counts :) :) :)
  10. Click on the 'share' tab, then click on the 'embed' tab, copy address and paste into EDF message box...
  11. No need to keep your eye on me Foxy, I've fallen by the wayside. Week 31 points... Week 31 table...
  12. Alan Medic Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > Those fokkers have a couple of potentially great > players. Indeed, especially Tim F-M. I don't think there's any coincidence that our best performance is when we play 4-3-3 for the first time this season. The same formation that we used last season when comfortably beating Spurs, Liverpool and City on the bounce. For some reason LvG totally abandoned it. Muppet...
  13. I dunno Jah. I'm sure fans of Watford & Bournemouth feel this season has been a success. Anyways, any predictions for tonight's FA Cup replay? I can only see a West Ham win after LvG puts Ashley Young in goal, Martial as Centre Half, and Jaun Mata as our mascot...
  14. I caught it half-way through, didn't know which team was Jade as a couple of the teams had French speakers. Good to hear they won it...
  15. Succes is relative Jah, Spurs finishing top 4 is like a trophy ;-)...

  17. Don't worry Ots, 1 down, 2 to go, earlydoors has left early doors...
  18. I thought Spurs' transfers were down to Franco Baldini, not Levy. Since he was sacked and MoPo's mate from Southampton came in, transfers/scouting has improved...

  20. :) Fair play Jah, best team won...
