  1. This CCTV sign has appeared on junction of Peckham rye and kinsale road. Surely you can’t start fining people without a local consultation ? And who would be doing it? The gas board? Southwark? I live in the in the road that connects to the road it refers to , and drive through as I have done for 20 years.
  2. SMBs have the best organic porridge oats to make at home.
  3. the water mains were flooding on Sunday from Village Way all the way down to Lordship lane so possible repair?
  4. Thanksxsll ive decided to return to original clinic with my questions.
  5. Thank you!!!
  6. Thanks i went to the chiropodist for my toenails! Not my gait. It was a remark he made on seeing my insoles, suggesting tennis ball w revised etc. . He doesn’t do insoles and at that time i thought mine were ok. A podiatrist has sophisticated equipment for gait analysis etc. it’s not always just about your feet. I have flat feet but am also doing some wierd way of placing my feet. They are also v expensive ! re Guys self referral, I’m not in pain or immobile so think I’d wait a long time for an appointment! However before my insoles I did have foot pain and also fell over my own clown feet quite regularly! chiropractor is something different again. I think I’m after a second opinion on my insoles. Carlton Jefferson is the chiropodist rear of 60 Peckham Rye He is not my original podiatrist for whom I had a private referral!
  7. Thankyou! Originally I had a private referral ( husband had health insurance at time) and so worn insoles for years but I still wear my shoes down in one place at a ridiculous rate! A fab chiropodist agrees with posture is everything stance. Experienced cobbler says some it ain’t right and I’m over corrected.
  8. Sorry this just didn’t seem to belong to request a tradesperson. any good experiences? Not a chiropodist!
  9. They only had trees recently and no aground or plants
  10. Otherwise in Bellenden Road are brilliant! They’ve made me stage dresses, restructured vintage finds and are working on remodelling my late brothers huntsman tweed suit for my modern husband! Not cheap and rents have meant they are moving premises at mo.
  11. We’ve been in nearby Nutbrook street for over 25 years with our children going to Local schools. We love it!
  12. The TFL website is rejecting me flagging it up on the map
  13. Thanks looks like a council issue not a TFL
  14. Looks like the roadworks traffic lights timer has failed. Cars from the South get a turn and cars from the North don’t get a turn. Jam all the way up champion Hill. I just made an executive decision to go through the red light as we’d waited 15 minutes, one car in front of me, and never a green light.
  15. Thanks - an overnight stay, a drip and painkillers seems to have done its work!
  16. he had to see an emergency vet out of the area but it was definitely something imbibed.
  17. Our Labrador has spent the night at vets after a tsunami of vomit and tummy pain. Wondering if anyone else has experienced this and if it could be related to WW1 conditions on Peckham Rye, specially as dogs love to lap at those undraining puddles?
  18. O Lord I love that Scylla Road shortcut!
  19. Today Peckham Rye, the concrete path that crosses it
  20. I’ve men trying to ring reception over the last two days and permanently engaged.
  21. I’ve just noticed the ‘school street’ sign also has arrow pointing to right implying the school street is to the right when it’s to the left. I’m going to any suggestion which department?
  22. That’s once you’ve turned left into Adys from Nutbrook though, not in the feeder road, and by the time you see it you will have to do a three point turn to avoid as Amott is forbidden.
  23. At first There was good signage displaying prohibited times, in nutbrook street near the junction of Adys road but this has been replaced with a smaller sign that just says ‘school street ahead’ with no tines shown and doesn’t give cars enough time or information to make a decision. Can we alert counsellors to this change?
