dog kidnap attempt (November 29) Peckham Rye

I got my info from another dog walker in the caff this morning. The victim had told the gardeners, other walkers but at that time, strangely, not the police. -
On the dog walking grapevine this morning- Yesterday morning on Peckham Rye two youths attempted to steal a woman's staffordshire bull terrier. Her dog bit them but she was hit and it was kicked in the fracas and they ran off.
