  1. My Vinyl is just there as nostalgia - it's pretty foooked already and has not much value (?)...apart from maybe that Lurkers album
  2. Yeah, but the con is that'll be the same 'old shit' economically afterwards (i.e. European style Austerity) - with less control on their affairs i.e. their currency, trading agreements, interest rates, etc
  3. Marlowe - The passionate shepherd to his Love Come live with me and be my love, And we will all the pleasures prove, That Valleys, groves, hills, and fields, Woods, or steepy mountain yields. And we will sit upon the Rocks, Seeing the Shepherds feed their flocks, By shallow Rivers to whose falls Melodious birds sing Madrigals. And I will make thee beds of Roses And a thousand fragrant posies, A cap of flowers, and a kirtle Embroidered all with leaves of Myrtle; A gown made of the finest wool Which from our pretty Lambs we pull; Fair lined slippers for the cold, With buckles of the purest gold; A belt of straw and Ivy buds, With Coral clasps and Amber studs: And if these pleasures may thee move, Come live with me, and be my love. The Shepherds? Swains shall dance and sing For thy delight each May-morning: If these delights thy mind may move, Then live with me, and be my love.

  5. Unless you mean granting a referendum in the first place, blaming the govt is either playing politics or just plain stupidity FFS. I am sure David Cameron, Nick Clegg and George Osbourne would have really, really swayed lots and lost of scottish voters to stay with the rest of us given the popularity of the tories, the govt and english toffs north of the border. Blame the No Campaign
  6. Mine are in a box in the loft with my Vinyl...exactly the same reasons as SJ

Yup, died a death when the Hammers got promoted. Was a lot more friendly than this one generally.
  8. they are emotionally engaging with a false narrative......people should gather some facts and learn some history, i think that's where Huge despairs with democracy

  11. The other one is on here a lot so it was more aimed at him/her than you...and you are local so I'm sure admin won't mind if you're in the right bit. Plus you don't think online poker's rigged which is good in my book! Nothing personal
  12. These aren't academic researchers they are commercial companies or freelancers who get paid for this - the one whose constantly using the forum doesn't even have the decency to go in the right section. (and I suspect they aren't local anyway). can't they get a ban?
  13. This isn't a commercial forum unless you're local in which case you're in the wrong section. have you contributed any of your recruitment payment to the forum?
  14. Wrong section and are you based in SE22?

Thought he was old skool Labour. Only real propa old school Labour voted Labout in 1983*.... That was the 'longest suicide note in political history' manifesto *polishes proper lefty credentials

Yup - but MC is in my old golfing lot, even togh he doesn't play golf...famously Gary Newman was absoultely slammed for saying he was a tory back in the day (see also Rick wakeman- though he deserved it the fuck)

The tories are never cool being a 'lefty', but not neccessarily Labour is...for a young upcoming artist/comedia,/popstar saying you supported the tories would be near career suicide...though Adele said she hated paying so much tax. My suspicion is that many 'celebs' etc, are tory voters bur just keep stum. Out tories apart from the ancient celeb golfer set off the top of my head - Emin, Cracknell, Henman..... Still redwedge was hardly cool... and in 1979 Paul Weller said he was going to vote Tory.

you posted it.....what did YOU expect?
  21. Bad experiences stand out - I with my minute sample of 4 buys and 3 sells have never had a problem with EA or buyers/sellers
  22. If you mean DVI or even all local schools, none as the sample's too small. So can, and easily could, just be a statistical outlier. If you mean all woman in the UK over 30 or using OS then yes could be interesting to look at all the data (probably been done).

Nope, just pointing out that the piece in The Guardian, which you posted reeked of, well, The Guardian. Couldn't give a toss about GQ, their awards or Dylan Jones. Though with Russell Brand this year and this now his PR skills in raising the profile of his magazine are excellent > > Your oft-claimed love of tabloids and their > "honest as the day is long, guv" approach would > fail miserably if one decided to pick apart their > weather-vane approach of who to support come > election time.
