  1. The saggy jowled one will probably wriggle out of it, and it was never a pen. City have their card marked do you think?
  2. Is it any wonder City fans they are hard done by! Poor penalty decision.
  3. The judge in Harry Redknapp trial has repeatedly warned him to stop winking and nodding at the jury.

    a joke

Kenny Dalglish has rubbished reports that Andy Carroll will be shown the door this month, he said" we showed him it last month and he couldn't find it!"
  6. Wonder if it's worth having a flutter on which City player will get sent off tonight?

To do so would give the illusion that as a group we feel all is rosy when patently it is not. If you wish to blindly and sheepishly follow your manager and players that's your prerogative. As for our run in the champions league this season, I'll be sitting the stand watching and enjoying it all the more knowing that for all the huge investment made by both Manchester clubs in the previous transfer window, you didn't qualify for the knock out stage. Wonder what the reaction would have been had that been Wenger.

I don't recall the same hue and cry being raised after the recent horror tackles from Glenn Johnson and Lampard. Some cycnics might argue its because they are England squad players and had a baring on the refs decision. If the footballing authorities in this country want to be taken seriously they should have accepted Rooneys international ban and not appealed against it. Double standards at work?

Is that to show which clubs will be playing european football shown on Channel 5? Truth hurts, and as for medication if you believe you shower will win anything this season you are sadly deluded. By the way did you go to the game or did you sit in your comfy chair with your replica shirt on. I be looking to see what you come up with when you next lose a game or will you do a ferdinand and go missing.

Loyalty being questioned by a rags fan is laughable. As for your loyal "fans" you had a very small section of the ground which made hardly any noise until you scored. Most of them that had rags colours on spoke with a cockney accent. Loyalty? is that what "once a blue always a blue" Rooney demonstrated when he held his "beloved" club to ransom for a measly ?250,000 a week? Yep thats loyalty for you. He displays his loyalty by kissing the baddge in the same way that he kisses his wife before going off to a whore house. Loyalty. Please. And as for your view on the incident, I find it rich that a rags fan sees fit to lecture us on thuggery. Isn't this the club that has had the Eric "Kung Fu" Cantona and Roy "leg breaker" Keane, Scholes, the Neville Brothers etc in its ranks? And you have the balls to accuse others of thuggery.

I'm not having a go at spuds, I just don't think it was red because it wasn't intentional. If you want to go that route you could equally argue Parker was lucky to be on the pitch at that stage after the tackle he made on Richards. As for graceless, there wasn't a lot of grace in Redknapps comments. But as always you take it as a side swipe, which wasn't my intention. But if you want to take exception thats up to you.
  18. Went to the Arsenal and watch a very poor game played out by two very average sides. I can see either side winning anything this season. I've not seen a poorer Arsenal side for close on 20 years. United looked equally lightweight. Opponents will not fear playing either side on current form. I watched the spuds game in the Woodbine before walking to the ground, I don't think Ballotelli deliberately stamped on Parker. Therefore I don't see why Redknapp was wildly waving his arms around gesticulating and shouting that Ballotelli should have been sent off. For me that is just as bad as the dashing Mr Mancini waving the imaginary card. The game could have gone either way, but had that been the Arsenal playing City yesterday I'd have been very, very disappointed.
  19. Yes I loved the Arsenal ones, good stuff.
  20. Got my tickets for Sundays clash between the Arsenal and the rags. I have no idea of how this game will go and won't have a stab at predicting the outcome, especially as my midweek prediction of Wolves to beat Brum didn't come off but my prediction for Barca to beat Real and Brighton to overcome Wrexham did. Shame they were in an accumulator!!!(6)

Yet another sysmpathetic view, and yet again screw the victim.

As I said before, you are a one off. Thank god. Do you go out of your way to be unsympathetic and abrasive or does it come naturally. Incredible. The only person out to "inflame" the situation here is you.
  24. He did argue he was in danger and he won his appeal, I think I'm right, in arguing that he was acting in self defence and was in fear of his life. Mr. Martin had also been subjected to previous break ins which he duly reported to the authorities, who did very little about it.
  25. What really gets under my skin is the amount of effort thats put into criminal rehabilitation, and lets be honest many of them are beyond redemption, yet victims are left to fend for themselves. Its little wonder that some have so little faith in the legal/justice system that they take the law into their own hands. The case of farmer Tony Martin springs to mind.
