When to the Arsenal yesterday evening, good result for us even if we did, as usual, make hard work of it!! If ever a player made me eat my words it's Carl Jenkinson. I can't believe how much this lad has improved. I put it down to the legend Steve Bould. Cazorla was different class as usual, and his quick footwork was joy to behold. I hear City were ripped to shreds for most of the game and were awarded a fortuitous penalty to give then a share of the spoils. Still, if that happened to my club, I don't think I'd complain. Nice to see my predictions for last week were pretty decent as well.

In answer to the question posed in title of this particular thread, the simple answer is yes as anyone can tell you with a pair of eyes and ears.

Comfortable wins for the Arsenal, Spuds, and the rags last night. Cleverley though seemed keen to do his best impersonation of Gervinho, that's a worry for Fergie. ;)

Happy with that. Bloody Gervinho, can't find his arse with both hands!!!!!

What's truly frightening is your lopsided view of this tragic episode. I'm not a Liverpool fan, I'm a fan, but also a human being and witnessed the events unfold on TV at the time. As far as I can see fans haven't tried to rewrite history at all. Most right minded people want those responsible for a tragedy that could have been avoided brought to the courts, no matter who they are. Personally I find your views of this episode very distatseful, as you seem to be suggesting that the surviving relatives of those that lost their lives are interseted only in vengeance. Awful. -

If it's your view, I would have to say that you are showing a huge degree of insensitivity. Your statements and posts on this thread seem designed to provoke and antagonise the like of Anna for no other reason than to take some kind of warped satisfaction when they react. "The world isn't as simple or the people as simplistic as you'd like to make them". Maybe, but the reverse is also true. -

Anyhow, getting back to the REAL matter in hand, Everton v Newcastle great game yesterday evening, but provided yet more proof, if any were needed, that goal line technology is a must. Great advert for the English game overall though. ON the ridiculous enforced handshake thing, the sooner this empty farcical ritual is kicked in to touch the better.
