The matter is no longer in the hands of the Local Planning Authority but the Government Inspector. I hope he allows Caffe Nero to remain open provided that they sort out the air conditioning units properly with due speed and bear all the costs of the Appeal, as clearly the Council has behaved correctly throughout and should not, ie we should not, bear any of the expenses in this matter.

Well I would not mind a quality chocolatier.....:) -
I would think with both Moxon's & Willam Rose quite close, and a bakery on its way, a deli/organic greengrocery combo might do quite well just there, at least with the shoppers who arrive by car.

Well Wise is supposed to be getting ?1.5 million p.a. at Newcastle - three times what Leeds were paying him...so I imagine rueing the day is some way off as yet...:))

Home to Middlesbrough could be a lot worse for us - I am sure Middlesbrough will see this as a very tricky fixture >:D< Now if only the other two Yorkshire sides can do the business at Liverpool & Chelsea that'll just leave Merde Utd out of the so-called "Big Four" to worry about....:))

Well I got the Bramall Lane result dead right! >:D< And watching the City goalkeeper stamping out all the blue and white balloons which had contributed to the 1st goal was one of the funniest thinsg I have seen this season! :))
