It might be a little early in the season hence slightly cool but have been to Pagel in France, the martinhal in Portugal and both were well set up for young kids. Have been to a few of the eurocamp sites; Saint avit loisirs, Les alicourts, we have always been as an extended family group which has been great for all, self catering in all but martinhal where you can do B and B or half board.
Facilities at all have kids pool, some with indoors as well, kids playgrounds, kids clubs in some I think Pagel is doing a kids club for the first time this year.
Good luck it can be great fun!

Hi, I'm due in early August with our third, based over in herne hill now but would be lovely to meet some new people expecting at similar times.

Herne hill velodrome do bike sessions for learners which would suit her well, I think Tuesdays and Saturdays?

Lambeth do this year, have supplied 2 proofs of my address and 1 of my sons (same address) if I have understood the process correctly.

We have used Roberts and Denny's and harradines (I understand they have now merged from another thread) they will both come to the house and price up for you, price will vary greatly on size of property.

I just took them into childrens a and e and they were very grateful.

We had a great bouncy castle party at JAGs sports club in September, think we will be there again!

We had a really good holiday in February in Dubai this year, would go back and was quite unsure about it before I went but it was a lovely temperature and limited jet lag for all, we all ate together for meals (we had a 3 and 20mo t the time) and they slept until 9 for the first couple of days (unheard of in this household).

We had it done at herne hill health hub and didn't have a great experience.

There used to be a really good paediatric orthotist at coxs orthopaedics in Whitechapel road, his name was Stuart I don't remember his surname and don't know whether he's still there. Give them a call?
-
Absolutely I would from a hassle perspective. If you want a massive sort and throw though it's ok to do on your own as you go.

It is a gamble as others have said. We have had two pushchairs destroyed via airlines, when we take our bee we use a bugaboo travel bag but it is annoying if you ware taking it to the gate as its quie big and doesn't really fit under the seat. We tend to put it in the bag and check it in and sling the little one for the airport... Works ok as long as you are on and off both ends but if you are delayed can be really annoying!!

We gave experience with our 3 yo. He is on a strict daily regime of bath emollient, soap substitute nothing else in bath, v rarely shower. Twice daily top to toe doublebase dayleve cream and hydrocortisone (using fingertip units for quantity) for at least 5 days with flares. This generally keeps it under control. We saw the dermatology clinical nurse specialist at burbage road which made the most impact for us in tes of switching around regime. We also notice things can deteriorate v quickly again, swimming/water play, sun cream and minor illness all cause flares. We use piriton for itching too

I vividly remember telling a close friend of mine that having 2 under 2 was a special kind of hell. We have 19 mo between ours. Now mostly it's much much easier (22 mo and 3.5) I happily take them most places in my own, the youngest has a consistent good lunchtime nap whilst the older one gets some time with me. Things that didn't work well for me in the early days were playparks or soft play (oldest couldn't manage anything really on his own), playgroups (oldest was a biter and everything escalated really quickly so I couldn't be more than a couple of yards away. What worked really well was feeding ducks, going for a coffee, horniman museum for the aquarium, cooking at home...
It does get better, it is hard, take whatever help you can if going somewhere you know will be challenging go with reinforcements of a friend, another parent etc. different things will work for different people too, good luck.

Which one is it? We have success with some and moot so much with others. If you are desperate we adopt a horrible restraint and then often something nice straight after to help soften the ordeal. Good luck it's awful

I am organising a hen night for a very lovely lady who isn't too keen on the bar crawl dressed as a maid approach. Any ideas for something a little more refined? Anyone been to something they would recommend?

We used David atherton for our 18mo he was very useful think us was out of the Cromwell? The dermatology nurse specialist was very useful also who has clinics in burbage road practice but I think we had to wait for a few weeks for that review
