The wireless is rubbish - have taken to using the ethernet cable most of the time. There is a message on their site saying they are going to boost the broadband. -
And good sleeping habits are essential too so avoid caffeine- especially after 5pm. If you drink alcohol you do not get the correct sleep either- even half a pint can sabotage your good night.

Doesn't mean to say it's above board - students and mums can work cash in hand just like others. People are willing to pay a cheaper rate ' off the cards' as it used to be. -
Low GI is the way to go. Steer well clear of glucose-fructose syrup, corn syrup etc because it is addictive for a start and plays havoc with the blood sugar (as does alcohol). Complex carbs, whole grains and good quality protein. And exercise for all-round physical and mental well-being

I don't know about now but in the past cleaning, bar work, in fact anything that came under the umbrella of 'casual labour' was usually undertaken by people who were signing on at the same time. It used to be referred to as 'the black economy'. This type of unregulated work is going to be very widespread now- even government departments have been found to have illegal cleaners who were working under contract. -

And it has been said before that the methods of sexual activity in Africa leads to the HIV being transmitted more readily.

Since you have a computer I would go to the tfl website and use journey planner because it gives options and timings -
