A bit of common sense if required when writing gossip on a media, I think you're comparing it with telling someone personally that you heard something and therefore it's fine, a bit of hearsay, idle gossip etc. What you wrote could be classed as sub judice i.e. you said that someone did something and the influence of the you saying that on a forum could affect the legal proceedings, so the perpetrator can be released "on a technicality" and I'm hoping you don't want that. Anyway, the forum doesn't want that so I've deleted it.

Hi I'm really not sure. Are you definately logged in as the same user? It's set to each user so where you log in from makes no difference, it's who you're logged in as that counts.

Hi 'New' refers to unread posts, so unless you're reading 600+ posts a day there will be 000's. And that sounds like the best way to reset all the posts, I would like to find a better way but it's not top priority right now.

Hi Please can you stop reporting removers numerous times. The report messages feature is meant to be for for racist, abusive, illegal etc messages, not for your competition. Please send me a message about a multiple offender but otherwise please cease. Thank you

Thank you, it is appreciated. The other one has been set up by a cleaning company (unhappy at not being able to advertise on here), who then posted various posts pretending to be different people saying how great the new site is. I won't link to it as it's rubbish.

I have removed a couple of posts from Blanche Cameron that are simply 'press releases'/website comments by her group. Ideally I would like to encourage two way discussion on this forum but her one way posts do not do that. Repetitively. Also I'm also not particularly happy about other people in her group trying to get the real names of forum users, it's not particularly friendly and is somewhat intimidating. Please keep it to discussion about the issue and not about the individuals.

Hi Anything's possible; you could have deleted it by mistake, you could have been logged on as another user then logged on again as a different user on a different device but not realised and expected to see the message. The system doesn't delete PMs without warning though.
