That was not a police court case against the man (the CPS does that anyway) - he took it to court (or someone did on his behalf). Any interaction with the police can end up being recorded not just convictions or cautions or incidents - it's just that that info will only be searched in certain circumstances.

Why did we not sit in EFTA/EEA for a few years and make a choice from there - you know good old British caution and pragmatism. Well I popped down the pub last weekend and it was full of youngsters - I was the oldest person there - no masks (everybody drinking of course). I guess a few of us have been to the pub. On trains and shops I always wear a mask - I would if just to keep everyone else happy.
