What about pamphlet delivery? Not sure how much you would make in a month but I know my mum did it when I was a kid to make some extra coin (that was in Australia though where pamphlets are quite popular.. I miss them).. Secretarial services from home i.e. typing, target business and possibly also students - not that they generally have alot of money but they could be willing to part with it if they have a major essay that needs to be typed up.. Selling Avon - a girl at my work does it Be a child carer at home but I would imagine you may need to get/be certified for this Dog walker / cat feeder when people are away Ironing for peeps - I pay my lady 28 per fortnight (3 hours) so if you got a few of those it would begin to add up

Morning all!!! Just wanted to say myself and Mrs Strawbs had a brilliant time last night, after getting over the initial nerves I found you all and had a great time!! Feel pretty hungover this morning but Im off to a bday lunch today so nothing a hair of the dog wont fix!! >:D<

Im moving in to the area soon and with that am starting later in the morning at work (8.30 rather than 8.00) and am planning to get the 7.51 (I work at Can Wharf so a bus in to town would only make my journey much much longer I fear) - I will definitely take heed of the tips and go to the back two carriages.. I was hoping they wouldnt be so packed that I wouldnt be able to get on..

No it was me and in that thread I dont think we talked about using PR station.. Anyway we are just looking around at this point..

If Im honest safety is really my prime concern and it could be unfounded but I think I'd feel alot safer walking from ED station than from PR.. Again please tell me if you think Im wrong.. Also I do love the buzziness of LL as in near Goose Green but of course Im sure every man and their dog wants to live there.. I have driven through Bellenden loads and quite like it its just the walk that puts me off... :))

@cuthbert D - thank you for the list of streets that is very helpful.. Budget ideally around the 1,000 so then we can continue saving to buy somewhere eventually but with everything its all negotiable for the right place and area.. We are currently in a 2 bed as Nicola works from home but if need be would reduce to a 1 bedder ideally with a little study.. Just to update you it looks like ED is well and truly in the running for places to live now, the folder I made clearly dazzled her.. ha ha.. >:D< So now Im just on the look out for the right kind of flat, thankfully we have 9 weeks so you never we may end up in ED yet!! When are the next forum drinks as we would love to come along? :)-D
