On the spitting thing I will try to gob into a tissue or a bin but sometimes rarely I am caught short. Pollution and people who smoke in shared buildings are massively to blame, it's horrible. We go outside to exercise to get fresh air and toxic phlegm has to be coughed out.

Latest version of CCleaner has some startup items management. You can research the items and disable/delete them if they look suspicious. 'Experts' will use tools like Autoruns in the Sysinternals Suite or do a scan with Malwarebytes. A common way you get these things in the first place is from visiting bootleg websites eg. live sports channels, that trick you into installing a 'required plugin' which of course is infected with said trojan.

Can someone identify that loud incessant birdsong that goes on all day long from dawn to dusk? They sound like a squeaky wheel that won't stop. You can hear them in the trees up at One Tree Hill but they seem to be everywhere. Where can I buy an egg cup in the area, preferably a cheap one? The pound shops don't sell 'em, the supermarkets don't sell 'em, they seem to be extremely hard to find. How am I supposed to eat my boiled eggs in the morning? In the meantime I have to improvise with an upturned egg box.

Wow, we used to play a version of this as kids in the back garden. Frisbee Breakfast Bowl we called it because you guessed it the frisbee was actually a plasic breakfast bowl! We had teams of doubles defending goals at the ends of the garden, first to 21 based on table tennis scoring, great fun it was!

Why have blueberries got so expensive recently they were half the price 6 months ago ?2 or less for 200 grammes and now ?2.50 for 125 grammes! They're supposed to be a powerfruit good for memory improvement and coordination but I can hardly afford them now. A handful costs more than a whole box of the cereal I put them on! Every time I see them they're from a different country too, Poland, Chile, England, South Africa you name it and they tell us it's a new season. Surely they're always in season if you can get them from all over the world.

I love it when people get parking fines, just pay up and stop moaning. Outside the Coop Forest Hill Road someone is painting all the bollards with flowers. Sometimes he (and she) paint the same one for days on end. Are they paid by the hour or something?

How come there's been no 400m running track painted down in Peckham Park this year? It's always something I look forward to so I can time myself on the track. Did they skip school sports day this year?

Book shops can hardly survive any more what with cheap books on Amazon and Kindles. So we can look forward to another couple of Pound shops?

The theory is that in a capitalist society the rich get richer and the poor stay poor. The poor live from paycheck to paycheck buying "stuff". The rich spend their money only in ways that make them more money which anyone is allowed to try and do, hence you end up with a few billionaires.
