We've gone from a silver sports car to a VW Golf. Lol!

So is this junction complete now? Is it any better? A right filter going East was most definitely needed. I suspect it'll take a week or two to tune, but how's it looking?

I wish people would read the Highway Code. It's completely fine to enter a box junction if one is turning right.

I love independents, but they unfortunately don't have economies of scale. We should rejoice in chains for job creation and the amout the pay in tax (at least the majority of the UK run chains). If anything, we should boycot the chains that are not paying tax in the UK (not mentioning any well named US coffee houses).

NEVER willingly give money to anyone on the street. It's pretty simple. The people falling fowl of this scam are very likely to be thinking about pocketing the goods. Why else would one pay money to take the ring to a police station!?

Many establishments will simply use an air curtain: http://www.dimplex.co.uk/products/commercial_heating/air_curtain_heating_explained.htm Are you going to ask a shopkeeper to close their door if they have one of these?

If it sounds like it's too good to be true, it probably is.... Sounds like a pretty obvious scam - I'm suprised anyone would ever fall for that.

What if the temperature outside is a nice 21 degrees C? Is it more efficient to open or close the door? Surely you'd open the door and turn the AC off?

Surely it's more efficient for cerain places to keep their doors open (WR included), since they use a lot of refrigeration. That probably includes supermarkets. It's not a very well thought out campaign...
