Extraction systems by law must be cleaned at least twice a year, Mr Hussein has been running many business for many years. I'm sure he is aware of this, Oil being heated and left unattended is dangerous and is something his staff should never have let happen which is why 3 of them did a runner. Apart from that all, all else being said is speculation. It's a very vague report.

Highly unlikely but feasible, yes the have questionable ethics but it is possible for a coffee shop irrespective of its size to be low on napkins. Why is that so hard to fathom. But let's bash them anyway....

The average price paid by Indian restaurants for chicken breast is between ? 2.95 to ?3.45 per kg. Meat ( the meat your get if ordering a meat bhonna for eg) would be around the ?6.50 King prawns are around ? 85.00 for 4.5kg. To ask a restaurant where and how they source there produce is a legitimate question. As for the prices make what you make of that.
