I think there should have been a discussion on what do next after brexit. Find it obscene TM is deciding what to do next on her own.. The only thing that really angers me is the referendum itself and MR Cameron. I do not know what is better for UK to do and it s not up to me deciding. THIS IS WRONG. You might wanna hide and pretend to have a normal conversation about it all but it s wrong. We are talking about money basically and You find normal that a PM goes hands in hands with someone like Trump for business. So now suddenly we are on Trumps and Putin side, we want more nuclear weapons. Is that what we, as human being not as UK or EU, want? and all of this for money? Where are the values the ethics? Will You be happy to see your sons and daughters walking hands in hands with some street gangster even if it was "just for money"? Are we at this now? This is wrong and I want to believe we all know this deep inside. I m not an expert but I have a BTL mortgage to renew in spring just back from the pub with my mate and he is renewing now the BTL mortgage he has.. Both of us (although what happens these days with taxes and fees on BTL) were looking forward to renew our mortgages as we understood interest rates after brexit went down. So at least in last couple of months we had something to cheer up.. He is renewing his mortgage these days and met him at the pub after he had a phone conversation with his broker regarding his renewal.. I thought he would be in a party mood (finally after months of depression with brexit) but not! As soon as i saw him i understood he was in a bad mood but it took me less than a minute to understand he was in a really bad mood! He says his monthly repayments (in his case interest only) are going up!!!!Broker still needs to look into things better but he (my friend) should expect to pay ?150/200 on top of what he s paying now.. I don t understand much about this things but how can it be????i thought the only "positive" of brexit was interest rate going down! I expected him (and myself) to pay less than before (but still more taxes fees etc etc) On top of that He said he spoke with the same broker 4 weeks ago ca and he was reassured his monthly repayment will go down!! Am i missing something? Is my mate gone mad? his broker gone mad? maybe something happened in the last few weeks that we are not aware..?? Pls help. He ll go for a meeting with his broker next week but i really would like to tell him something that make sense (positive might be too much to ask) over the week end. He is really down ..and personally: I d love to understand that!

I thought everybody wants 12 months min but as you said for instance a young teacher....and it doesn t need to be precisely 6 months. I could live for instance with 2 months sharing.. Thanx! Any other idea welcome in the aim to find perfect solution to share with the same person on a 6months per year basis.. Maybe some university ..some business..?

Hi, I ll keep it short, although it s perhaps an interesting story on Brexit and its damages..But I understand probably not all of You wanna really know especially those who believe Brexit means only Brexit... Anyway I have a 2 bed flat In ED. I m looking for a specific tenant and don t really know how to start my search.. I m not in the age of sharing flat anymore unfortunately but I need to be in London 6 months per year. I need to be here summer months but away all winter months. Roughly 6 months here in the summer and 6 months away in the winter. I m looking for someone in my situation but in need to be in London 6 winter months The idea is that both of us, me and my tenant, can live under the same roof but in different time of the year. Still each of us will have his own room so we can leave our staff and lock the door behind for the 6 months we are not here. In this sense I will be able to let my 2bed flat as a 1 bed flat for 6 winter months. Tenant will have the advantage to live in a beautiful flat, paying bit less than renting any 1 bed flat in the area trough normal channels and plus there will be no need to move staff every 6 months as tenant will be allowed to leave everything he needs in here Where shall I look, or advertise etc for a single person or a couple that needs a 1 bed flat in London for 6 winter months only but on a regular basis over the next few years...???? I have my brother + family coming over to visit They have kids 6yo and 9 yo I am single no kids and don t really know where to take them for little fun. I know the playground in east dulwich road..very nice.. but also i remember there is an adventure playground in peckham rye park opposite to harris girls academy...Is it open??? I have been told it has been closed...how is that possible?? also open to other suggestion to entertain the 2 kids as, knowing my brother, i will end up baby sitting very often in the next few days (happily).. thank you for reading and advice

I used airbnb to rent my spare room for a while.. I had no prob for little while but my last experience was so bad with the guest and the way airbnb dealt with it that i no longer advertise on their website anymore I had minor probs with little damages on the propriety in the past but nothing major although think airbnb could have dealt better with it anyway but mainly it was cause of last guest that i decided nit to use them anymore and...never ever again.. My last guest was a "difficult" one...she decided to leave the house the morning after check in without informing me and.. without closing the door .. she informed airbnb only on a nearly 50 days booking. You could tell she has some issues reading past reviews but i thought it wasn t big deal but it was.. A part from the guest itself , airbnb dealt very badly with the situation...very very badly! Since than i decided not to advertise my room anymore i am also looking for other solutions at the moment.. there is anyway plenty of other websites they do pretty much same thing but i have no experience with them yet holidayletting.co.uk also booking.com bedycasa spareroom etc Best with it but i strongly do not recommend airbnb! If things go smoothish no big deal but otherwise they are very bad.. best of luck

I just hope they will do subscription for gym only.. Swimming pool itself it s very hugely and not good to swim regularly and for "longer" distances With Fusion i could use the pool in forest hill (very big and modern) and the gym in ED, as also the gym in forest hill it s small with a very bad weight area.. Unless there will be separate subscription for gym and pool i m going to lose..:( Shall i go for a good pool and bad gym in forest hill or a good gym and unbelievably bad pool in ED..? ..Think if they don t do separate subscriptions in ED i ll be forced to leave and go forest hill..sad!
