  4. New Doves album 'Kingdom Of Rust' is mighty fine, and highly recommended. Bet they get annoyed with constantly being compared to Elbow though...
  5. I happen to enjoy a good pair of cords in any lairy pastel shade. I dont wear them, I just enjoy people that do. Also, from what I hear breeches are making a comeback. Sir Francis Drake will be mighty chuffed he can drag those bad boys out again.
  6. I'm pretty sure I've been inside that house to run network cable on my computery rounds. That one, or one very similar. Very nice it was too!
  7. If only the dog foulers had dodgy legs. Two Birds, one stone.
  8. A tribute to how much I love the show...and because we're all sooo bored in my office today. Now this is a story all about how My life got flipped turned upside down And I'd like to take a minute just sit right there I'll tell you how I became the prince of a park called Bel Air In East Dulwich where I was born and raised Goodrich playground is where I spent most of my days Jumpers for goalposts, thought I was so cool And letting off bangers outside of the school Couple of Charter School kids they were up to no good Started brap-brappin' in my neighbourhood Bitchslapped in the face and my mom got scared And said 'You're moving over to your nan's up by Bel-Air' (Park) I waited for a P4 and when it came near The licence plate said 'you'll be lucky if you see another one this year' If anything I could say that this bus was ripe Front smells of mothballs, back seats smell of sh*te Pulled up near the gaff about 7 or 8 And I yelled to the driver yo, home smell ya later, Rounded the corner, organic butcher was there Just seconds away from becoming prince of Bel Air (Park) Swap the words about and write your own...go on. I dares ya.

  10. Threads about 'Thuggish Dog Foulers' and people with dodgy legs.
  11. Riccardo Patrese is correct. He's as old as the hills but still a ledge. Over to you...
  12. All wrong. Sorry!
  13. At the 2008 Turkish Grand Prix, Rubens Barrichello became (and still is) the most experienced driver in F1 History. But who is currently the second?
  14. Some of the old Tango adverts were good...just a shame they had to lead to the rise of 'Happy Slapping'.
  15. The Wire is absolutely awesome... I'm about half way through Season 1 and can feel large chunks of my life beginning to disappear.
  16. The most talentless pair of misfits to grace the telly this year.
  17. Just walked past said RBS...they've made quite a mess of it, and a bit of random graffiti on the B of E itself. So much for a peaceful protest... Job well done. Now, I wonder who pays for those windows?
  18. 'Computer Love' by Daft Punk...clearly! Or maybe 'Computer Man' by Jack Black.
  19. I did let out a chuckle when he described Kofi Annan's breakfast. Not sure why... Coffee. And a Naan.
  20. We had a few drinks after work that went that way only a few months ago, and led to a visit to 'For Your Eyes Only' down the road. A good night was had by all, though I did remember in the morning to my horror that much of the night's entertainments were duly slapped on my company plastic. Relief did follow though, as it turns out FYEO specify any frivolous add-ons merely as 'Personal Services'. Worth every penny if you ask me.

  23. I've zoomed here on the 484 Express all the way from Lewisham Hospital. Brap Brap.
  24. Do you wear a sheepskin coat and drive an old Jag Ted?

    April 1st

Got a funny feeling this is going to be big, and shift the daily commute to the City from the 'unpleasant' box to 'near impossible'. We've all been advised to 'dress down' so I'm going in dressed in rags and a headscarf and carrying a piece of gnarled bark and a couple of placards. I agree with the cause, but not sure about the action...
