  1. You?re either a troll or a really mean-spirited animal abuser. Your wacky-races bonkers and frankly sick solution to kill baby birds is against the law. Why don?t you move to a concrete high rise instead of unnaturally focussing on killing animals? Or just get over your fixation. Go for a walk. Flagellate yourself with a horse hair vest and cat-o-nine tails. Take your mind off Parakeets. 3. A lower budget option attached if the house mods are too expensive.... Should knock out the noise of the verminous parakeets infesting and multiplying like bacteria in your trees. : ) Fitzgeraldo Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > Although attractive to watch, these birds are > exceptionally noisy. 4. Perfect solution attached. This should cut out all noise with the living world. Enjoy! 5. It?s likely if he got up, he?ll get down. Is there a difficult drop once he gets lower? If so, put a plank or ladder against the tree to assist. I wouldn?t worry. Mine go high and it looks scary but they always make it down.

  7. Hi MrsCrathew Which road are you on? I don't suppose you would know where he sleeps? Weather is definitely turning and if he's not suitable for rehoming, I'm going to try to make him a winter shelter to make his life a little more comfortable.
  8. Ok last ditch attempt before I neuter and try to rehome this guy: I?m 99% sure this guy is a feral, but is this your cat? He?s been sitting outside our house for a few weeks now, always coming from the Milo Road direction. He?s not ear clipped and doesn?t look neutered, so if he isn?t claimed, I?m going to arrange a trap, neuter and release/rehome. Does anyone recognise him as a stray, and if so, do you know where he sleeps? If he?s not suitable for rehoming, I?ll make a winter shelter for him. Will put posters up round the area this week if I don?t get any hits.
  9. Most compact and radio wave based rather than GPS https://www.amazon.co.uk/Loc8tor-Tabcat-Pack-Tracker-Wireless/dp/B01HGWL4PY?ref_=fsclp_pl_dp_1 Some of these are a little chunky, but they work well https://mytabcat.com/shop/tabcat-pack/?gclid=EAIaIQobChMIxsO-hPrD5AIVxZTVCh3pDgZqEAAYAyAAEgKkafD_BwE https://tractive.com/en/?utm_medium=link&utm_source=shareasale&utm_campaign=affiliate&sscid=91k3_6vjl2
  10. NOT Virgin. Horribly oversubscribed, excuse filled customer service, terrible compensation and drop outs constantly.
  11. Thanks Sue. We have 3 rescues, so don't like to think of others in hardship. I'm kinda hoping he's just a grumpy bugger and actually lives with humans, but I don't think he does. 12. This huge tom has been coming round our front hunting for food for about 2 weeks now. He's VERY hungry, and NOT AT ALL people friendly. Is he yours? I think he's feral, and if he is, I'll arrange to trap, neuter and release him through Celia Hammond. But obviously not if he belongs to someone. Has anyone met him before or know if he has a home?
  13. Call Kozan at Savoirman IT. He's awesome. https://www.savoirman.com/ Mobile: 079 0342 4569
  14. Laura Sheargold of Streamline Mortgages is incredible. Very hands on, thorough and clear advice and offers. She has handled my buy-to-let remortgage twice with great reductions both times, and recently our own personal mortgage. I can't recommend her highly enough. 16. Looking for recommendations for a good solicitor to handle purchasing a house please!
  17. No need for Citizens Advice. Send a final demand stating why the invoice is due, then start small claims proceedings immediately. https://www.gov.uk/make-court-claim-for-money It won't cost much, formalises the proceedure, and when successful you can either send in claim enforcers or instruct their bank to pay you from their account. Noone likes a knock on the door. I've used them multiple times and have always been paid. PLUS every penny you spend chasing the debt is payable by the client if they lose.
  18. Call Kozan from Savoirman Technology. Local, a great guy and absolutely awesome at all tech issues. https://www.savoirman.com/
  19. There is a fluffy ginger cat on Whately Road following residents but skittish. He's quite skinny with white paws and a white nose. Does anyone recognise him? Does he have a home/owner? A few people are worried he doesn't.
  20. BBC question time was going to be in Bolton this Thursday but is now going to be in Dulwich to enable MPs to return back to the House. Ash Sarkar is on the panel. If you fancy being in the audience, call 01299 829299 and leave your name and address on the answerphone, I think they are scrabbling to get an audience together due to the last minute change of venue. https://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/articles/5vyK2GwYrdQGFvCJyKNfZhn/join-the-question-time-audience/contact?fbclid=IwAR3lKriExvTeGLK2kSqXMtB_7iIUpVVAbHvs22UtI1Phx2oARpshggjRJWE

  23. Is this the same cat posted on the facebook forum group earlier today? So has he been reunited with the owners?
  24. Hi Goldilocks All print elements were signed off by Southwark's brand integrity team and providing we can secure a slot, we hope they'll be hung next week. goldilocks Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > Hi there - wondered if there was any update on > this please? 25. What does your contract say? Are the budget and contingency figures clearly mentioned? Either in the contract or clearly in email communication with your builder? Any increases over an agreed % should be discussed and agreed in advance between you and the builder, otherwise it's your builder who is responsible. Stop all work immediately. Request a formal budget review meeting with your builder. If you are not comfortable being confrontational, make sure you have someone with you who is. Don't be bulldozed. If you don't have a resolution by the end of it, fire your builder and consider legal action to recover money paid. As Rob says above, us the remaining money to complete your project with someone else.
