  4. Bet that put the wind up the hipster trendies! They'll be more frays coming I tell ye
  5. And which pub/bar will be charging the most for entry/dinner/mulled wine/etc. And the poxy reindeer down LL. Xmas is the epitome of the Matrix you don't know you're in. Enjoy.
  6. Clouds of flies that disperse en masse from dog sh*t on the pavement as you walk past them, and then and they zoom back to their yuk activity 3 seconds later. Note-not a dog sh*t rant, (dogs used to sh*t in the kerbs in the old days), people should look where they tread/train your kids.

  8. All the local politicians coming out the woodwork now - makes me think that an election might be around the corner. To the residents that are genuinely negatively affected by the diversions I hope yot get what you want without transferring the problem to other residents, and 63 users. Also spare a thought for the poor bus drivers, lets hope they are remunerated for any extra time new diversions may take.
  9. Is this a sales pitch along the Closing Down Everything Must Go lines?

  11. Scam? Foxy

  13. :-(
  14. If it's true about people purposely parking to stop the buses using that particular route then I wonder how they would feel if there was to be a fatal accident on the forced route?
  15. Dear James, FYI from the M&S thread: I think it's at 9am at Council offices at Tooley St. I wonder why James Barber hasn't asked for the meeting to be moved to a local venue and at a more convenient time as it is such an important issue? I seem to recall he did this for the Great Exhibtion outside seating debacle.

I seem to recall he did this for the Great Exhibition outside seating debacle. Edited for spelling.
  17. So the old party for a soon to be one year old ruse to erect a gazebo in a public park and hog space for adults to party huh?! The Parkies read this forum and will be on alert.

  19. Why should it die a death? Because it made a certain set of posters defensive and uncomfortable? Maybe that was/is the point. Self reflection can be a good thing. We don't always need buoying up, support and validation to know we're right.
  20. IMO this is too little and too late. May as well leave it.
  21. I agree with KK also
  22. Bullying and harrassment whether on-line or not is about the perception of the perceiver. Thats what counts. I would suggest 'chasing' someone around the forum on different threads/demanding answers from posters/posting immediately in response to a particular poster all of the time/belittling posts/joining other clique posters in same behaviour to a poster are all examples that may constitute bullying and a posters perception of being bullied.
  23. An over the top aggressive post because someone has a different opinion than you.
  24. Tesco Express queues at lunch times1
