Irina - push studios have 2 mother and baby Zumba classes each week (mon and wed)
  3. We go to one on northcross road which is grrat.
  4. Mine was about 3 wks too including them writing to say I had forgotten to include the birth certificate (duh). We also had them verify the witness too.
  5. There are a few dance sessions round here for toddlers like diddi dance and boogie mites. Not dance schools but fun dance based activity anyway
  6. Hi Do we need to book? I'd like to try it with my 2yo and my 4mo. See how we get on!? We are on holidays for the first session but would love to come once we're back. J-mo
  7. Hi - probably. Why don't you ring them and ask or bring them along and see how you get on? The studio is pretty empty of dangers stuff so I think prob ok
  8. Past few weeks I've been going to mums and babies Zumba at push and ive enjoyed it so much i thought I'd spread the word. Babies mostly seem content to sit and watch the mums prancing about for 45 mins. They Are doing a mum special of ?8 per class instead of usual ?10. It's on Wednesdays at 11am and I think will also be on Mondays from september.
  9. We've got another product from the range in the white and its fine. One of the drawers doesn't run well but that could easily be due to our flat pack skills. My neighbours have your chest in white in their girls' room and are pleased with it.
  10. Thanks everyone All looks like excellent advice
  11. Hello I am about to start potty training my son. We have a month in between nurseries so it seemed like a good opportunity. Part of this time we will be on holiday. Any suggestions for what I need to take? Am thinking of one of those portable potties with liners. Any recommendations for those? Other than that, is it just lots of pants/changes of clothes etc...? Thanks J-mo
  12. We've been taking our 2yo to rugby munchkins in beckenham (think they do it in dulwich too) It's excellent
  13. Thanks nymom, this s my fear. It's def in the house rather than outside as meter stops when stop cock is turned. Probably even worse as will have to take floors up...
  14. Thanks GinaG Useful article. No hot water tank so can rule that out. Already checked the toilets and showers so not that either. Will look at the other suggestions and see if it can help.
  15. Hi, we have been told by Thames water and a plumber that we have an underground leak which is causing us to have very high water bills. They've checked the toilets to see if one of them was causing the leak and it isn't that. Thames water say we are using enough water for 8 adults so it is quite substantial. No signs anywhere of water leakage. any advice on how we go about finding this leak? Thames water have suspended our account for now so we haven't had to pay yet but it's running into the thousands and can't go on indefinitely. Are there people who specialised in this kind of thing? The plumber who came round didn't seem keen to get involved, although that could be because he suggested the whole downstairs would need digging up to find it. I'm wondering if there is some kind of water detector device that could be used to find where it is? Could it be a faulty meter? It stops when the stopcock is turned off. Anyone had a similar experience? Anyone got suggestions for someone who could help? Thanks J-mo
  16. We can't make it this week as my mum is staying (yay the cavalry has arrived!!) Will def see you next week though Jen - I can't do buggy fit next week as have one credit for power pramming on Mondays left. Might give it a go the week after though. Had a really funny time at Zumba at push though yesterday. Highly recommended. Have fun today ladies. See you soon J-mo and Sam
  17. Buggy club is another power pram class out of east dulwich leisure centre on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 11.30 I think? Victoria went last week and said it was tough!
  18. We have a Kia sportage and love it to bits. Highly recommended from a family of 4
  19. Some of the manufacturers do new covers. There should be a label under the seat with the code for your chair and if you email them, they'll tell you if they do. If not, angel upholstery on Melbourne grove will do it but it won't be cheap :)
  20. And I bought some in tkmaxx about half price
  21. We've just bought one from aspace which is a full size single but a bit lower I think. Anyway, it seems to have gone down well and he's sleeping in it just fine. With a bed guard on it for now.
  22. My baby is 12wks and going through a massive growth spurt. Symptoms same as you. I just spent 2-3 days feeding him every 2 hours and then it got easier again. I also drank loads and loads of water and ate more. I was ravenous. Keep going Bexy!!!!
  23. Hi Piaf Lets def chat, although am thinking about dropping b's days at nursery down and having the nanny look after him a bit too, and pick him up earlier than I would be able to do his tea etc. that's why I hadn't said anything to you yet. Xx
  24. Hi, I'm going to be looking for a nanny to start in January and wondered how soon I should start looking? Seems a bit soon now? Thanks Jmo
