  1. You want the irrational misery thread.
  2. There was also a running snowball battle involving hordes of people in Dulwich Park, rather like a medieval football match.
  3. Agreed. If anyone sees Louisa standing to one side of the path seething, please alert the authorities so they can arrange a controlled explosion.

It's not snowing!
  5. Alan Medic Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > What did they ask you RPC? Spill the beans. They were arsey with the receptionist, asked stupid questions, didn't listen to the answers, talked too much (mainly about how important they were) and attempted to bullsh@t rather than lose face when they didn't know the facts.
  6. Meanwhile Louisa was trying to remember if she had exercised the clique today or not.
  7. I'm not working at the moment or I'd be posting a lot less. I did an interview today and the person was a TOTAL $@#* so I'm now here to take my mind off it.
  8. Quick as lightning, Foxy swapped his glasses for his other glasses, posted his intentions on the EDF to give Quids fair warning, then swapped his glasses back and released the safety catch - but where was Quids?
  9. And even if you would, touch them in the Business section.
  10. And having escaped one custodial sentence for pug abuse he thought better of committing another offence again so soon.
  11. ernesto Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > you is all self hating bourgeooise There have been moments today, ernesto, when I adored you.
  12. An unlit underpass to the children's playground would be an integral part of the plan. This would also provide a much-needed space for the teenage gangs other parents have objected to in the playground itself.
  13. You're all crazy. Obviously a proper risk assessment needs to be carried out before this can go out to stakeholder consultation. Has anyone reported it to the environment team at Southwark? The path should be closed to all users in the meantime. As a long-term solution I think the green should be taken over to build much-needed new housing - win-win.
  14. PS: typed the above while eating peanut butter with a spoon.
  15. Wow, twelve pounds, Mick Mac! That's amazing - you're almost halfway there already.
  16. When KidKruger told the vet that he had seen the accident and run to give the unconscious pug the kiss of life, the vet looked at him dubiously - the injuries suggested a different story.
  17. (You lot are mean.) Or so his owner thought, as she went to put his collar, lead and squeaky toy in the cupboard under the stairs.
  18. And your previous post explains the secret fear that makes them do that. It's also the cover for other people with a closet inferiority complex.
  19. Is anyone still going with this? I'm trying to get back on track after a food-filled weekend away. Cold weather not helping.
  20. Oh, ed_pete, ed_pete. You've expressed in a nutshell the underlying tension of East Dulwich.
  21. Ye-es... Might just offer free in For Sale section and see if anyone replies. Otherwise textile recycling at West Dulwich as that has more space. Or Katanita and I could have a sponsored pillow fight.
  22. Of course they're middle class - they're organised events.

Sounds like yours was in a parallel reality!
  24. Thanks, Mustard. Battersea uses only specialised bedding but I might make them some 'woolly wands': http://www.battersea.org.uk/servlet/servlet.FileDownload?file=00Pb0000006suYkEAI
