  1. Seasalter,Kent. Temperatures are set to rise. The tide will be in for most of the next week and there's a very interesting factory where you can learn about The Salt Industry and its illustrious history. The beaches tend to be quiet in September and you can always get home to East Dulwich in 1 hour 17 minutes if it does not suit your requirements. Personally,I would go for it.:)>:D<
  2. Sorry,I'm confused. Is this Girl-On-Girl potential action.A possible Male liasion or a Guy fantasing about The Girl he has seen?..The only combination its definitely not is Girl wanting Guy.er,I think...
  3. Sir Gerald Nabarro would have a great deal to say about this thread.
  4. I hope no-one is implying that the good denizens of The Dog Kennel Hill Estate are anything other than Pillars of The Local Community?

  6. There's a Branch of Harrods in Knightsbridge as well?:-S
  7. Shu.Kurimu.Sensei Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > Louisa, why not try shoplifting in Somerfield and > see how you feel about being "pc"? :)-D ...Quite Right!....Bleedin' Do-Gooders like Louisa get right up my wick, they bleedin' do...(6)

  10. I regard EDF as a hybrid of Curved Air and Wishbone Ash with a lil Editors thrown in...
  11. ???? Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > How are the 'wall doing this season Tony? You > won't see them on MOTD fella ...Not currently but they are booked in on our Premiership return in 2011/12.You heard it here first live on EDF:)-D
  12. Actually feel a song coming on... My old Man said follow West Ham.....
  13. HonaloochieB Wrote: But if you know the roads and their kinks and curves then it's like making love to a beautiful woman. Don't wish to be personal and please don't mind me asking but have you ever made love to a Beautiful Woman?
  14. Oh! Thats lovely!:( Avoided the football scores so that I can watch MOTD "live! in a few hours...now I know the 'ammers have scored 4:( Heres hoping the not-so-mighty Rovers got "5">:D< more likely(6)
  15. I'll bump it up for you M8 and I agree 100%.
  16. Lucky these incidents were not at Somerfields. There would have been,at least, one casualty.
  17. Still laugh at my best M8's reaction 30 years ago in my Council Block.I swear he did not see me at the top of the stairs and as he was walking up the stairs below me a rat was going down the steps. He casually said "Good Evening!" with a cheery smile, and just carried on walking..lol
  18. I agree. One should proove an allegiance(or,at least,an association) with East Dulwich b4 they are allowed on these fine fora>:D< Thankfully,I do qualify as I enjoyed many a liaison in times of yore with Nadine from The Grove Tavern and Michelle from Berry Road and then there was that French bird from..........Sorry! I was just enjoying a trip down Mammory Lane!, she did havea great personality though..(tu)
  19. David Mc Wrote: I just wanted to say to Louisa that if she doesn't really like it here then she could always move to Tunbridge Wells. Or Bromley. Or Blackpool. ....Can I second that! After all she was probably born in London.Generations of her Family were probably, also, born here and survived The Blitz etc,and lets face it most "indigenous" lol..."Londoners" have long since left Inner London(almost everyone I grew up with, for example) so lets rid the area of the likes of her who, maybe, just maybe, remembers Inner London as a much safer, happier place and resent the overall drop in standards in behaviour and lack of Community now blatantly obvious in most of London generally. In fact, personally I think its a diabolical liberty that the remaining few "Londoners" pathetically cling on hoping for a better days that will, alas and alac, never return..Pitiful! Risible even!.What London REALLY needs is to be rid of the likes of her and her pathetically romanticised old-fashioned views of Stability. She probably thinks "social mobility" breaks up "traditional" Communities, where people continuously come and go! How fooloish1 Its people who come in,"naturally" enriching the area for the 2 years they stay that should be London's future!...BE GONE WOMAN!(6)(6) p.s Cue for Loiusa to inform us that she has been here for 5 minutes since emigrating from Mablethorpe,Winchester or StanstedMountfichet..:))
  20. "How on earth does one set about finding a plumber in W5?" Already sounds like an Ealing Comedy and you're not there yet!(tu)
  21. Jah Lush: Good memories!....Saw Status Quo 5 times circa 1972 around South London/Surrey circuit while tey were paying their duesB)...One night did 5 encores(including a 5 Song Melody in one of them!)...once went to a weird Quo/Slade Double Bill at The Orchid,Purley where the crowd was split equally between the 2 Groups! Remember when Francis Rossi was Mike Rossi? Good to see mention of Stevie Smith-Is he still around?
  22. Understandably a slow burner of a thread.Silly idea really combining Music and Drinking in this area when many on here come from everywhere bar South-East London initially...:))
  23. "I'd imagine it probably feels less easy to be understanding if you are the one who gets cut off." ..Absolutely! There can not be much worse things than being cut off in your prime....
  24. Surely the Administrator has explained the situation with admirable brevity and clarity so no more needs to be said. Can we lock this thread now please.:))
  25. Sadly locking certain threads goes against my natural sense of the ridiculous:)) A Guy starts a thread like the racial one. A motley crew pile in with diverse opinions and the original poster thinks "Oh! my good gawd! I've created a Monster here!".Gets noivous(as The Americans say) and then mentions that he wished he had never pressed the magic button and started World WAr 3 !B),appeals greatly to my Sense Of Humour I have to say....
