How can we stop this madness of tree felling in residential streets?

Do you copy threads from here and post them in any of the other forums you belong to? -

In response to JohnL: "drinks containing more than 1.2% by volume of alcohol" are defined as "exempt foods" here. I thought there was a legal requirement for a price list to be available in all public bars? Generally, if there's a franchise agreement to provide food, and there's a common look and business model applied, it's the franchisor that'll be the qualifying business so far as employment numbers go. That would seem to go for the eating part of pubs too. Full definitive details at The Calorie Labelling (Out of Home Sector) (England) Regulations 2021. I'm surprised they're not giving out free "adults need around 2000 kcal a day" badges for us all to wear.

And use the Preview option here, to check before you post that the link works and gets where you want. If not, you can experiment until you get it right. Much of the verbiage on the right hand of the URL, eg starting from the question mark after www.amazon.co.uk, may be particular to your identity and session, and can often be omitted without problem. Again, you can try it and see in Preview. Many people here make the mistake of using copy and paste, include an URL from a previous post. If you do you'll probably end up with some ineffectual text, like [amazon.co.uk] with no preceding https etc. What you need to get it all is to use a Copy Link option rather than plain Copy. PS Just seen your rather roundabout effort in the For Sale section. This https://www.amazon.co.uk/Panasonic-KX-TGJ324EB-Handset-Cordless-Nuisance/dp/B013E9AQ1G/ is I think what you're wanting.

Have you tried roughly drafting your proposed law, to see what problems might arise?

Thanks for your reply. For convenience, here again is the local CCG's page on walk-in clinics: https://selondonccg.nhs.uk/what-we-do/covid-19/covid-19-vaccine/pop-up-clinics/. It has a link specifically for 12-15 year olds: https://selondonccg.nhs.uk/12-15covidvaccine, and I don't see anything currently scheduled at TJHC.

... as they're called, for 75+ spring chickens, etc. I heard once on steam radio that they might be either Pfizer or Moderna. Is anyone aware of which are on offer at either GSTT or KCH? Meanwhile, in my search for data on heterologous (different type) booster vaccinations, I note: "Only 14.5% of people in low-income countries have received at least one dose." https://ourworldindata.org/covid-vaccinations

According to https://www.kch.nhs.uk/patientsvisitors/coronavirus-covid-19/coronavirus-vaccine: Vaccination Centre at the Weston Education Centre (WEC) The centre is open every day (Monday to Sunday) from 8.30am to 6pm (walk-ins are available until 5pm). Note that they advise checking eligibility before booking. The https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/coronavirus-covid-19/coronavirus-vaccination/book-coronavirus-vaccination/ National Booking System landing page conveniently spells out all the eligibilities. [ETA] eMac, apologies for my total doziness in not really registering the content of your post. No ulterior intention to put you right, steer you elsewhere, whatever. Just real doziness, and probably the stimulus of receiving my own invitation and so getting the awake bit of my brain stuck on just the national system venues.

Maybe this? /forum/read.php?5,2189946. There's also a fair amount of much earlier stuff that can be brought up by a search on "fruit trees".

The main disruptor looks like a change to the weekday timetable to 13 May for the Beckenham Junction line service. "Services will run between Beckenham Junction and London Bridge every 90 minutes throughout the day. Additional services will run at school times to provide improved connections in the Dulwich area." https://www.southernrailway.com/coronavirus-information/revised-timetable Add to that any incidental problem on the Caterham line and ...

I think any fixing might be dependent on whatever agreement there is between the forum and GoogleAds. In the meantime, as a possible workaround, I've noticed that, when I've not disabled ads on Opera, switching from full screen window to reduced size, any size, seems to effectively disable the bottom-of-screen popup frame.

More or Less, 13 February 2022 Testosterone and sport https://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/p0bnmpld In early December 2021 a member of Penn University Women?s Swim Team caused a stir. Lia Thomas not only won three events but she had the fastest time in elite college swimming in the country in two out of three races. This achievement reignited a debate as Lia Thomas is a transgender woman; we examine the rules around testosterone and trans women?s participation in elite sport. Are you able to access the web on your ipad? If you run google on it to search for the forum's URL, do you always trustingly select the first candidate link offered after you've started typing in east..., and without checking it? If so, there's your problem. Google search can not read your mind. If you want instant certainty, create a bookmark or 'favourite' for whichever page on the forum you'd like to start on, and use that. There's no need, btw, to log in just to read the forum, and there will be a login button on almost every forum page anyway.

That's interesting. Encouraged by the reports attributing the problem in LGs to a loose screw or other connection, I've just tried some careful screw checking on my Galaxy S4, and found the one next to the SIM card holder had been just slightly loose. Now to see whether tightening it prevents any more of the occasional "Sim card not detected - reboot" reports. And on the way I also learned of the existence of yet one more species of bit, the JIS, and the need not to confuse it with a Phillips. Thanks. (Though in the end the tightening seems to have made no difference.)
