and when you click on each pin, it has a title - it probably says leak or something - basically when you hover over it it tell you what it is. Just it in your post code and it shows that area

I think we can make a list of stupid things our councillors do “for the best of its constituents”.

I understand that the Ryedale residents presented the council with a survey with everyone agreeing it was a good idea, so the council are trying to go ahead with it on that basis. Is our council absolutely moronic and devoid of any sense? I am yet to see any evidence to suggest they can run a bath.

I do, but rarely. my dog is too big to be stolen but people think they can pet him, so we don’t, for that reason.

Almost a year to the day that another dog was trapped in the ice. There were strong warnings to keep dogs on leads and the dangers present. People need to be responsible and sensible. Dogs will tend to chase things, and all the more reason to keep them safe. Very sad, and avoidable.

I think it’s depends when you go in as well. I’ve been in a few times in the last month and I haven’t had to wait more than 10 minutes.

Yes - it may be expensive providing hotel accom - but prioritising building new homes when so many are already needed but not being built? Would you not think that reducing the need would be more cost effective? As to why rent is so high, it is down to cost - which is now mortgage + tax liability (which is increased due to S24) + profit - not just supply / demand. But it does have a real impact - the demographic of London is changing to older, wealthier, owners (not all asset rich are cash rich). It's undeniable that there is a housing crisis. Are we doing enough of the right things to reduce it though?

Get a surveyor, not a damp specialist. It could be external, condensation, penetrating damp, leaks….. it could also have dry rot implications
