  3. I think it's quite easy to make a small amount yourself. Lots of shaking involved.
  4. Sad to say you phone the grandparents and offer up your children to them for a week each set. Then you take 2 weeks holiday and then your partner takes 2 weeks holiday. Weeks covered....
  5. Angelina - I think its VERY personal.Always brown sauce for other half, tommy sauce for me. NEVER the other way round for either of us.
  6. This puzzles me to. I've lived opposite a school for 25 years. In that time there's been a huge increase in driving to school. Is some of it from parents dropping children off on the way to work and back? When every minute counts?
  7. 1. As a parent do not be available 24/7. 2. Do not become a taxi service. 3. Give a small pocket money and make sure jobs are done in return for extra money. 4. Make your children share in planning and cooking meals.

  15. I struggled with some of the previous episodes on this tv series but last night was really good. The acting by Dominic West and David Oyelowo was mesmerising. I've not read the book or seen the musicals.David Oyelewo was so convincing in the final episode. What do others think?
  16. I do have one place free at the moment to join our class. http://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/forum/read.php?6,1995004,2003699#msg-2003699 https://www.facebook.com/English-Teaching-in-Dulwich-1509284502625768/
  17. As your baby is so young you could not leave her with an au pair. You might find a nanny share where the other family has children at school and would be happy with a share between 9- 3.30 or less You might be able to say one day a week as a constant and then add an extra day in now and then? You would want a qualified person with such a young baby- and one that can speak English fluently.
