    Don't think it was a sewer but a large water main. They did inspect thoroughly and said it should be declared on any sale of the property.

    I think you are referring to the very large water main that was run from somewhere West (Mitcham way?) to Honor Oak reservoir several years ago. It is deep and large. They came round inspecting houses and taking pictures to avoid claims for any subsidence claims from the boring for it's installation. Cuts through around the Landcroft Road / Pellatt Road junction area heading in the direction of the Great Exhibition.

    Hi Mark, I used the registration process and the confirmation e-mail and it worked fine Thank You. The new site seems to work OK and will just need a bit of getting used to.
