It's South London and a fact of life that we are surrounded by people who have been failed by society. Failed by society? Lots of people have been failed by society but don?t turn into muggers. They are just scum who will grow up to become wife beaters. My son still has a detached retina from being kicked unconscious by people who were ?failed by society?. I wouldn?t pee on them if they were on fire unless I could pee petrol.
