  1. Sold out ( it says on the sign ) I drove past last night W**F
  2. It stains... well, sweat & water marks it. Think of it as a covering for your stage ( are we on the right track here..? ) "Perform & Launder" if that's your "thang" I had a "go" in a set once & as I lay there I couldn't help thinking "I know how an After-Eight mint feels now " All "slightly" trapped in a shiny black wrapper Ewwww.... W**F
  3. If.. ..you do want to make a home-made saline, then make sure the water is purified as chlorinated tap water can have issues all of it's own Also a sea salt like "Maldon" is kinder on the nasal lining. ( how east dulwich is that ) Though It will only really help to flush out the irritants, other remedies such as antihistamines sort out the rest W**F
  4. Well... Things have changed "fractionater" but it is still The Millwall, rough, ready & vocal This article was written in 2002 I know they do work hard down there at the "Den" to move forward in a healthy & progressive way in all areas Good luck to them though on Saturday W**F
  5. I'd love some.. Where can I order them..? or can I swap them for these pesky parakeets squawking in my trees ( though they do seem to like nice tall buildings ) W**F

W**F
  7. I think it's owned by a property developer based in Crystal palace, his ex ran it as a restaurant He generally hangs onto property until it's "ripe" as it were W**F
  8. Tony.. Are you in the oil industry..? Met a client the other day who is, he's been working there & described it thus " The armpit of the industry " Other than that, sounds " interesting " BUT having written a post like this ,have you ever considered a job in "Sales".....? "Salary OK, accommodation provided, chauffeur driven to work, and armed escorts home when you leave the office late. Wife doesn't want to go and would not visit." No..? W**F

Ermm...( love you BTW ) But have you been on the "Ashes to ashes" tip a bit too long See, Somerfield is gone ( I know...sad, but are you sitting down ..? ) it's now a Co-op Brace yourself again; David cameron is Prime Minister Really.......true ! * nods head * Who'd have thought eh..? Somerfield to a Co-op ( say what you see, look at the screen...for 10 points ) "It's Catchphrase..." W**F
  10. Welcome on board London Overground East London extension is now up and running..... I am quite frankly beside myself with excitement at the possibilities, the exploration & the progress to come As you can see there are four brand new stations along the line, each one it self a massive leap in transport provision but what adventures lie ahead outside of them ? Here are a couple of links to get started with however, what will be even better is personal experiences & discoveries along the line from "us" the L.O.E.L Travel Club pioneers http://www.cultureline.org.uk/ Trains every 15 minutes on New Cross, West Croydon and Crystal Palace branches. This means between Surrey Quays and Sydenham there will be trains every 7-8 minutes. http://www.tfl.gov.uk/corporate/projectsandschemes/15359.aspx And Lastly.... Of Phileas Fogg.... Had he travelled? It was likely, for no one seemed to know the world more familiarly; there was no spot so secluded that he did not appear to have an intimate acquaintance with it. Often pointing out the true probabilities, and seeming as if gifted with a sort of second sight, so often did events justify his predictions. He must have travelled everywhere, at least in the spirit. "Here , here" http://www.queens-theatre.co.uk/archive/2007/fogg.jpg Welcome to the club, It's "First Class" you know.. *throws hat in the air* W**F
  11. Well.... ....hmmmm errrrr http://www.cornwalls.co.uk/photos/data/media/3/union_inn.jpg I'm sure everyone feels very welcome W**F

  13. Cheers.... http://www.argos.co.uk/wcsstore/argos/images/445-8710873IEUC604885X.jpg I like a large one...(tu) W:)-DF
  14. I.... ...would also add ( for when we reach the final ) "Prepare for the Missionary Position" W**F
  15. Really Men... This bunting, a bag of sweets from "Hope & Greenwood" plus a substantial picnic, all made by her indoors http://doyoumindifiknit.typepad.com/.a/6a00e54ef704a8883301287790536c970c-800wi Whilst listening to the "Match" on a portable "Roberts" radio Jumpers for goal posts....I mean, what more can a man want Then home on time for tea, so as not to worry the wife's pretty little head Indeed..... W**F * ties handkerchief *
  16. Code Blue... She voted Tory, yes ? Silly boy W**F
  17. What can I say... Other than a "classic" British dance culture... With plenty "added" amphetamine to boot... ( check them "spins" out ) ( not sure if any of it is on Bellendon Road though....ahem..) W**F

RosieH Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > No idea, but they were just looking round Wigan > (that's Wigan Kirstie, not Wiggin) and they made > it look so purty, I almost wanted to move back > there. ____________________________________________________ Ahhh.... Now that is very telling Footsie ? God, I love this tune W**F NOW with added "Logo"
  19. Good.. Sounds like you have these http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/210OwCSML1L.jpg firmly fixed on the road ahead But you also wanted http://www.handhelpers.com/images/RoseBackyellow_sm%20.jpg these "Bionic" driving gloves "Keep trying & you can do it " ? W**F
  20. No... But you are ( amazingly ) allowed to drag race one of these around the all-weather cinder track found in there http://www.canadianspeedway.com/images/bike.jpg[/img] A sausage tied to point 16 & looped around part 10 & hung in front of part 2 should be fully cooked by lap 3 I know, silly really... But them's the rules as laid out by The Dulwich Estates Have fun.... W**F
  21. mockney piers Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > We went for a practical family car when the > blighter turned up... > > > > Mrs mockney wouldn't let me have yellow sadly :( _______________________________________________________ Mockers... Forget "yellow" did you go for "leather" inside ? I know it's counterintuitive BUT the baby will "honk" it's milk up one day Of that be assured With fabric, well "fabreze" will just turn it's nose up... W**F
  22. cate Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > Little prince's ?- don't you have two juniors? > Why did you buy a French car? Anyway this is not "Car Wars" as it could apply to virtually anything ( wow, yeah me, I am on topic ) W**F
  23. Yes... But a Skoda pick-up truck, for sheer filthy & cheap..... LUST.. W**F
  24. Cycling ART..? Here's one ( on loan ) from my groundbreaking RubbishTM "collection" of StreetArt? I just want to be "Frame-ous"? 2010 Artist: UN_known http://farm5.static.flickr.com/4069/4624062994_2bfc5af9f8_m.jpg It's a marvelous piece, filled with both anticipation and doubt Note it's blue frame & rusted orange parts, a reference to a Tory & LibDem coalition ( surely that bit is obvious ) But with no front wheel, how is this "vehicle" going to roll out anything new ? It is in this monstrous "urbane" proposition that we have pinned our hopes Is it fear or the machine which haunts us Indeed... W**F * elastic bands & scotch draughting tape fall to the floor *
  25. See... I got this, yeah it drives well Bla Bla..... ( & it's great for the little prince's safety ) http://www.arabalarmax.com/data/media/31/www.arabalarmax.com_renault_megane_wagon.jpg But I can't help myself... I just want one of these & I know..... I know it is soooooo wrong http://farm5.static.flickr.com/4010/4623398325_05791b7d19_m.jpg But I just love it's cheap & lurid nastiness, it's shades of orange to yellow...I mean "look" at those wheels... I imagine myself in a vivid green Nike T-shirt & some silly colour "converse", driving down the strip, eating a giant hot dog & hanging out of the window ( even for one day ) Is that so bad..? W ? ? F ( woof jnr the elder officially "disowned" me when I photographed this today "I know what you're thinking Dad, BUT NO WAY" he said )
