Managed to avoid the results yesterday. Always makes MOTD much more interesting. United were lucky again RD. I'm liking my 33s on Liverpool even more now. When's the last time Liverpool finished above United?

My watch and my phone say different times. I dont know whether to go to bed or not. It's hard to know what time it is at this time of year.

Only a few years ago I was rather annoyed about the lack of live music in ED. What a change a few years makes, there is now regular live music in, The Great Exhibition, House of Tippler, Flying Pig and last night there was live music in the EDT from a band comprised of a few Dads from Goodrich School. There are probably others too. Its quite a turnaround in a relatively short time. Great stuff. Whilst there have always been organised live music, pay to get in basis/separate room/venue, its a real bonus to have free live music in the corner of the pub/bar when you are out for a beer. Well done to all thos venues for supplying the entertainment, definitley creates a good atmosphere.

What I have now realised is that we don't find out until a day or so before exactly when and where he will be racing, which makes planning difficult, so its as follows; "a 7f maiden at Compiegne on Monday28/10/13 restricted French breds, for apprentices and young jockeys or a 6f maiden back at Chantilly, with identical conditions to his last race on Thursday the 31/10/13. We will enter in both and see which looks most suitable"

I was invited to go there this Thursday by the owner (he said he was the owner anyway, French chap). It had better be open, we have had to get passes from our wives, these are not given out willy nilly.

The OP said you were an online only estate agent, hence the confusion. I have bought and sold houses before without ever having been to an estate agent's shop. Maybe you should call yourselves "No Shops" instead of "No Flies" ;) Given the additonal info I cant see that you are much different from a normal estate agent excpet that you are significantly cheaper.
