  1. Fair to say its windy now.
  2. it is the same as the place in each way but its called each way because each way is a win bet and a place bet combined declan. You need to do a win bet alongside your place bet if you want to replicale a conventional each way bet.
  3. malibu and pineapple used to be popular. Oh and west coast cooler. Was that jah lush i just saw outside franklins on a school night?
  4. sorry declan was busy today but only downside of top 5 bet is there is no bonus for winning, you get the same wherever your man finishes. Who did you go for?

  6. My quote on this thread before the April 2009 masters. Obviously he did not win that one, but might come of age this weekend.

  9. Its the Rory v Tiger show today.
  10. and a set of irons, a putter and a bag. All set..
  11. Yes - it certainly read that you were implying the OP was the said fool employed by the rich man - just reading too much into it perhaps.
  12. Not nice Ted. What's come over you since the op?
  13. Thats because noone knows who is going to win....especially with the weather - best tactics for golf are to bet after round 2. Anyone within 5 shots has a decent chance and you still get decent odds for the chasing pack. Nice to have some interest for the first two days though.
  14. Outsiders only so far - running low on funds. Ross Fisher 55 ?10.00 Darren Clarke 110 ?5.00 Zach Johnson 150 ?2.00 Shane Lowry 130 ?2.00 At shorter odds have now gone for ?20 on Harrington at 25s - usually gives you a good run and should be ok in the bad weather. Think Tiger is not quite there yet, so bad weather may knock his swing out a fraction. Rory to win would be a dream result, no need to bet to get a kick out of that, but might just check his odds after round 1, he is certainly too short at current odds. Have added ?2 on Chris Wood and Gareth Maybin. Chris Wood has a good Open record and yet is 100/1 Gareth Maybin is 810/1 so that must mean he is really good too.

  16. Malibu and pineapple ?
  17. No - its at the back.

This they only drank it in Newry.

  21. Good news - took a while for him to put pen to paper, nice to see it confirmed. Think Celtic had more to offer than relegation dogfight at Stoke.

I think Matt that the players disrupted the flow of the game - can't think of many free kicks that Webb could have not blown up for.
  23. Yes - could well be his week, but yet to see him put 4 good rounds together in a major. Only a matter of time i'm sure. His third round at the US Open reminded me what we have been missing without Tiger, he was fantastic. Ross Fisher did well last year. Darren Clarke in form but may be too much for him. Heaps of other can win now that europeans are winning majors again, brings more players into the picture and Justin Rose is in top form too.
  24. Logic/analytical maybe best combo for exams. Verbal communication is obviously less valuable for exams but much more valuable in life.
