You need to call the noise team whilst suffering the noise nuisance and they will come out. When I worked in the M&S next to the library, we also had a leak and non functioning toilet for a while. New build! -
When I can't remember the name of an acquaintance or neighbour, I use sweetheart or my love. I began doing this a lot years ago when working in Bermondsey, everyone else did!
