Dulwich Estate is shocking. Allowed Shepherds to close without a successor, pubs all closed for years at a time... I've seen him at Dulwich Park and Southwark Crown Court (outside). It might be a wild stab that he's also the author of the mimeographed screeds stuck on on the wall by the playpark at Goose Green. -
C&G has transformed from a pub to a construction project to an urban legend. "If this was a government project, heads would roll." Har de har har. Do you read Private Eye? Government procurement is legendarily awful.

German secondary education involves years of studying the Third Reich and the general awfulness of German behaviour during that period: the same is absolutely not true of British education. The sheer f'ing terribleness of every British colonial adventure, everywhere, is not a theme.

I can 'ardly take much more of this ducking argument.

There's a petrified human poo on the West Dulwich platform...

Has anyone examined the scene for forensic evidence? Usually events like this will leave skid marks.

That's the same as already mentioned above.

But when does Court Lane stop being Dulwich Village, then?

I'd be surprised if they were Wee Frees or ascetics but I could of course be wrong. -
1) you're being inconsiderate in some way. Raising wipers is a way of letting you know. Are you blocking a driveway or a dropped kerb? Are you parked in front of the house of one of those people who think they own the street in front of their house? Or 2) there's no point to it
