  1. "I am mystified by the criticism of delivery lorries parked in LL" Because it's space that's needed by buses, cyclists, people who want to park while using neighbourhood shops - which is why it's not zoned as a lorry loading bay. Because it's another example of how big business do whatever they want and rarely get held to account by government (central or local) - just like how the site got developed in the first place.

I hope that's in the tender documents if that's the intention. As an aside, can anyone see the actual tender docs online? I can only see the early notice, not the full shebang: maybe I'm looking in the wrong place: https://www.contractsfinder.service.gov.uk/Notice/bef94a3b-ba8b-4ee8-b846-8abb5b29d8ff

Kids meals will not be served with any pepper, except for spaghetti bolognese in the afternoons on weekdays. Will all customers please note that this is for data privacy reasons. Thankyou" IMO the food is alright and the prices are fine. It's the queues that are nuts. Perhaps the intricacy of the menu doesn't help...
  4. The South Bank of the Thames would surely be the closest technically correct answer - and the water quality has improved a lot in the last thirty years. In front of the South Bank Centre is actually a nice spot to sit! There is also a temporary "beach" (a big sand pit) set up by the skate pit this year

If you poke about on the national rail website it has historic data for train journeys actual and scheduled and a rate times. It doesn't go back that far though.
