  5. Heard rumour that a trad turkish place may open either that or greek would offer good selection Gaby's does wonderful selection of veggie dishes alongside the dead animal lines, not sure what nationality they are sorry being going there for years.

Have suggested this before myself the organic cafe in Greenwich not bad but really something like Mildred's or Food for Thought would be brilliant most people with the money still stuck in the seventies idea of veggies being no imagination, small minoriy hope it happens cant get anything decent around here in the evenings.

Not again ed is the replicant capital at the moment everybody copying, Greetings the shop you mention is excellent for service and is run by very friendly and humous family, plus already many places sell cards in this area not including all the newsagents, we have willow eds grace & favour anterior trading mrs robs, celestial etc. Please Please do something we don't have instead of redoing the same old Greetings is part of ED life hope nothing comes along to spoil its new success after it recent refit.
  12. Used to love the Clock real beer and no loud drunks food used to be good especially was fond of the bowl of chunky chips they used to do nowdays awful hope they turn it around and get act together, have to say agree also about woodhouse had dreadful meal there few months back.

  21. love children said earlier used to run number of child groupsnothing against parents with children since have plenty of experience of being in that position more the 4x4 attitude of some 3x3er's, back to point one of the things of ed is its diversity which is its strong point adding to that of anything new should be welcomed.

I have six children mostly grown up now, back then I used to run toddler groups and we all tried to find the smallest buggy even when had double buggy so we could get everywhere and they lasted years just think buggies gone way of cars big and flash with lots of gadgets status symbols I think.
  24. not another coffee shop back too earlier thread what about a veggie cafe maybe with a juice bar instead of adding to the stressed out adrenal coffee junkies or anything different from the same old lets jump on the bandwagon. Great to see eco paints on sale and bamboo works well as fibre, although would be hoping fair trade although know the owner likes to deal direct with manufactors so expect is or similar.

I was thinking more of the sort of images that made us want to live here or stay living here maybe the beauty of the parks and the interesting housing, although some representation of the changes to ed life would be interesting both positive and negative maybe our numerous photographer's that liv ein the area could post a contribution
