Do not forget to put in a complaint with the NHS as their last inspection was not that brilliant. If people do not things will not improve and everyone will suffer

Perhaps it would give people a better idea if you could tell what sort of property you live in, how many people, adults and children mlive in it and if you have a garden. If it?s only you it is pretty useless give the above I think it is yet another nose led rip off by companies who only have their shareholders in mind. As long as green comes into it people will follow like sheep.

Quite why they stuck in my mind I do not know perhaps because they were on the fairground lads side. In those days you ended up with a broken nose and busted pride but never dead. -

If they do it could be like the old 1960's Saturday night fight after the fair closed between the locals and dumb-dumbs. Are one remember those days? -

How about not speaking on the phone when walking, drinking coffee when suddenly deciding to cross the road and be aware of what is going on around you. Things that today do not seem to matter. -
Today the lady pushing her pram over Chadwick Road...

If there was an accident who do you think would be blamed? If it is the crossing by Peacocks garage I stood with a friend watching the new traffic system and the spine cycle path. Out of 15 cyclist only 2 cyclists kept to the new cycle route the rest just came round the Bellenden Road turn after 10 yards just swung straight into the road to rejoin the cycle path in Lydenhurst Way cutting the corner How are drivers supposed to anticipate this selfish action? More wasted money for paint on the road. -
Peckham Station Refurbishment
sally buying replied to LivinSaarfMan's topic in General ED Issues / Gossip
"Hopefully this will be a big step forward, and important keystone in reinvigorating an area that has its issues" How many times have you seen a house and walls painted and looking pristine and over night it is covered in graffiti and tags. The area will only look better if people want it to be. It would be nice to think the station and Rye Lane could be clean and remain so. -

goldilocks Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > Thats a really good point March46 - there is an > expectation that this road is safe by the children > using it - having it suddenly full of speeding > cars would be a disaster. Why would the road be full of speeding cars. The road was always too narrow for cars to do anything but crawl. The speeding cars situation was one invented by residents to get the road closed as a thread on this forum many years ago. I believe an ex cllr campaigned to keep the road free and open during those times. -
Why not, he won't be paying pay by mile for his Range Rover plus deputy dogs riding behind him. We will When he walks, cycles, using inadequate public transport perhaps people will relate. Mans a joke

After spending weeks and weeks trying to source a part for a hoover I found it and placed an order with the company who made the mistake of using Royal Mail to delivery it. After waiting all most 10 Days for the part to be delivered it has not arrived. All I get from the supplier is we gave it to RM for delivery.RM says it was despatched the next day. After speaking with the postman he said unless it was "tracked" you might as well forget expecting to to arrive. Priority is tracked parcels. The rest? After speaking to the supplier they say this part is now out of stock and they have no idea when new ones will be available if ever. I now have a hoover that for all intents is junk and will have to be scrapped. I will have to buy a new hoover.

If the surgeries are not taking on doctories why is this a surprises. Perhaps the NHS should audit surgeries to see where the money is going.
