I'd also put in a word for Milk and Honey in Soho but again, not local to Temple. As someone else said Skylon is a nice venue and could be a good walk over the river weather permitting.

If they can do it for the rest of it why not the first bit?
  6. Me too but wrong thread, Rage at that is entirely rational surely?
  7. When you see a car, especially a new car, coming towards you and the sidelights are a different shade of white to the headlights. Messy.
  8. Thanks Louise.
  9. We had the same anomaly. My understanding is it's not a mistake, they are requiring everyone to pro actively opt out again. Not impressed. I just called them. If you renewed your details on line apparently there was no option to (re) opt out, so you were set to the default (of not being opted out). The option now exists so we all need to re update it, there is a period until the end of March to finish the updates and clarifications but it's something we need to do proactively, it won't revert without action. (Just the messenger people)

  12. I assume you're furious at Albarn for playing such a small venue with the inevitable outcome of demanding outstripping supply leading to this situation. He should have played somewhere much bigger really shouldn't he?
  13. "I'm reaching out" "I'll inbox you" and sport related "He medalled.."

City were great and to an extent stopped them playing by pressuring them on the ball but what was up with Chelsea today?
  16. Is what the Sky piece was referring to? http://floodvolunteers.co.uk/
  17. You might be able to do it with a Chromecast and a bit of messing http://www.androidcentral.com/google-announces-new-apps-local-content-streaming-chromecast Chromecasts will be available in UK from March.
  18. And me. It's a shame the cyclists who shout loudest aren't the ones like that.
  19. http://forums.androidcentral.com/google-nexus-7-tablet-2013/321873-how-can-i-watch-movies-my-nexus-7-my-tv-can-i-even-do.html Some answers here for you.
  20. If only we already had a really long thread about this..
  21. What did the students say when you asked them? http://www.thestudentroom.co.uk/showthread.php?t=2571691 And the hippies? http://www.ukhippy.com/stuff/showthread.php/62984-Creating-a-whole-new-look-Advice-needed!?p=1304933 (edited to add hippies)
  22. Dont you just go positive to positive neg to neg? Then just start the car, its not a matter of charging the dead car, more starting it using the power of the good car. That's what I've always done anyway. As for changing a battery that's as easy as it looks. Disconnect old and replace with new, job done. If you still need help tomorrow give me a shout. I'm not a mechanic but have had the same problem a couple of times.
  23. You get used to it, and the less you focus on it the quicker it'll happen.
  24. Don't blame Moyes, it's Fergie's fault http://gu.com/p/3yyan

Seems a common sense way of going about things as tgreen suggests and if it's saving money for other things then so much the better.
