  9. Well done MP, enjoy. Maybe we should have organised a forum group outing to this!
  10. Pixie's hater Keef is going tomorrow with me. I guess we'll be spending the evening by the bar then. Edit - They do do more than just sloppy carling don't they? Keef, bring the hip flask!
  11. I thought she was talking about c***play.
  12. Ted Max Wrote: > Strauss yesterday: > "I felt that at the end of a long game, after a long innings, you're going to be tired. Cramping > to a certain extent is a preparation thing. To a certain extent, it's a conditioning thing. I didn't feel that he merited having a runner at that stage." I read that as: 'I let that Sri Lankan fellow off the hook, I'm not bloody doing the same for the Safas'.
  13. am amzed by that result...
  14. I'm rather partial to Ringwood brewerys fortyniner. Not sure if it counts, but Namibian brewerys Urbock is a cracker of a drink.
  15. For those of you working from home today, the 1984 classic between Saints v Liverpool is on espn classics right now. Corker of a game.
  16. cynicism doesn't have to be negative - Cynics. Though if I'm advocating philosophical schools I'd say Epicurean all the way.
  17. I don't mind that, but Ian Bell getting a full contract?!? In better news, Collingwood and Anderson have been 'rested' for the next few one day games. Just need Bopara and Shah to get injuries now - lets have more footy practice before the game!
  18. can you smoke orchids then? Keef, want to pop round? (I have some purple bud!). I shed tears over the olive tree, the dull thud made by it's leaves as they hit the floor kept me up at night. Tragic.
  19. Lorenzo? Basil always dies too.
  20. I'll place it next to Basil.
  21. I like orchids, but the flowers always decide they've had enough and then they die, anybody got any advice?
