Well, I've just come back from a Scrabble pub meet, only to find on BBC2 Marcus Brigstock is investigating scrabble players and tornaments. I can't believe it a whole programme dedicated to scrabble.

Fell asleep and 8:30 last night and woke up at 4:30 this morning, my sleep partern is completely out now. It's that the Thomas Moore Hall near the Irish shop.

Venue - The Black Cherry Date - Last Thursday Players - DavidMC, Floating Onion (newbie) & Mogs Board Used - The Deluxe Scrabble with built in turntable Scores - Floating Onion - 164, Davemc - 245, Mogs - 144

Excellent Scrabble Evening Players were Mogs, Floating Onion, Mightyroar & Mightyroar's friend. And the scores on the doors for the 3rd meet at TBC (the black cherry) The board used was the Deluxe Scrabble with a rotating bottom Game 1 Mogs = 164 Floating Onion = 94 Mightyroar = 123 Mightyroar's mate = 210 * and therefore the winnner. Game 2 Yes we had two games Mogs = 189 * and therefore the winner Floating Onion = 118 Mightyroar = 103 Mightyroar's Mate = 174

And I'm resurrecting it again ready for Friday - I may find myself in the black cherry
