The best characters are Hank, Saul and Mike although Gus is boss too.

It's brilliant. I've finally convinced my boyfriend to watch it so am watching it over again. There are so many subtle hints throughout which just totally pass you by the first time you watch it. Brilliant tele. Although, part of me thinks they should have stopped at season 4.

Think we flew Turkish Air from Istanbul to Trabzon. No complaints here. The little airport is Sabia Gochen (sp) which is quite a way out from the city centre. It's best to fly to the main one if you can.

Attempted car theft last night (Marmora Road)
Annasfield replied to Chris360's topic in General ED Issues / Gossip
Can't you fit one of those disc locks on the sterling wheel to act as a deterrent? A mate of mine visited down here and put one on his brother's golf. He didn't realise he'd left the keys for the lock at home in the midlands. It took the AA about 2 hours to get it off using multiple hacksaw blades. -
I think the actual return you get on nectar points is rubbish. When they teamed up with Easy Jet I made a point of trying to collect them. Got a nectar credit card, etc etc. A year down the line and I only have ?48 worth of points and given how much I've spent to get there I've decided to chase Avios instead.

I think that the proposal is that you have the choice. There will be seated areas and areas where you can stand. You would simply need to purhchase your ticket for the appropriate area.

There is an interesting article here about bring back safe standing at the match. http://www.safestandingroadshow.co.uk/the-proposal http://www.fsf.org.uk/latest-news/view/safety-expert-backs-rail-seating-model.php I'm all for it as I think that standing in a seated area is quite dangerous (which happens in most away ends and some home stands around the country). When a goal is scored pretty much everyone is on their feet and when you get knocked on to a hard plastic seat, it hurts. Rail seating would be brilliant and is currently used in Germany. Seated football has made going to the match sterile and has contributed to the price increases

Don't pay a tout. Thats everything that is wrong with the modern game "not minding" paying over the odds and comparing it to theatre/Opera. It's not difficult to find tickets, all you had to do was look on the website. The West Ham game is on general sale so you don't need to be a member by the looks of it. https://www.eticketing.co.uk/muticketsandmembership/default.aspx?__utma=1.1545873365.1352139371.1352139371.1352139371.1&__utmb=1.4.9.1352139375394&__utmc=1&__utmx=-&__utmz=1.1352139371.1.1.utmcsr=(direct)|utmccn=(direct)|utmcmd=(none)&__utmv=-&__utmk=165870398

When I was I got on the train as half fare and then got served in the pub. Always went out with older boys as they weren't the mature nobheads of me age group. Seemed normal at the time, but I would probably frown upon the younger lot doing the same. I would love to be 16 again

Hillsborough Disaster - What exactly is this Justice for the '96?
Annasfield replied to Keef's topic in The Lounge
No I wasn't there. I "she" rarely post on the forum these days because quite frankly I don't really enjoy it anymore. I've felt compelled to post about Hillsborough because I feel that some of the comments have been quite insensitve and also ill informed. -

This is the document provided by a Sheffield Press agency that commenced the smear. http://hillsborough.independent.gov.uk/repository/docs/NGN000000010001.pdf And FYI Liverpool fans (and in fact the people of Liverpool) don't believe that theirs (ours) is the only complaint that counts. But they've dared to stand up against an incidence where they were accused of atrocious actions which were not true. The reason the PM offered an apology last week Wednesday because the fans and people of that city have campaigned to make sure that everyone else knows exactly what actually happened that day. With apologies to Woodrot for posting in the thread again. -

Of course there is evidence. I suggest you try and read some of the report. You've made a statement that you clearly know nothing about. -
What an incredibly strange and insensitive thing to say. I don't really know why I expected anything different though

Well I am glad that Liverpool had those kids that "weren't even born" on their side rather than someone like you. Liverpool fans beat up brave cops Liverpool fans urinated on the dead Liverpool fans stole from the dead None of that was true. If you don't class that as a smear, then I'd like to know which planet you are living on The only reason that this has finally come out is because the people of Liverpool wouldn't let it just be swept away. http://t1.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:ANd9GcTxe906J8L6tbJD8qZ81ocTBvQx4pZaaup1wCDd7NgTSiQ_kYj0ig

No one should have to wait 23 years to find out how one of their loved ones died. I agree that the fences should never have been there in the first place, but thousands attended football matches every single week penned in and nothing like this happened. Sheffield Wednesday have a lot to answer for in the way that they didn't maintain that ground, along with the FA who continued to use Hillsborough as a venue despite the fact that they had been advised it was a death trap. I'm surpised that you can say that nothing was a revelation in that report too. I know that some of the families have been amazed at what has been disclosed. Finally, I don't think anyone is gegging in on grief or whatever you want to call it. Liverpool is a small city and for the regular matchgoers its a real tight knit community. Everyone knows someone who lost someone as either a friend or family. Even the survivors that have had their names smeared for the past 23 years. I'm sure you can begin to understand why you can't help but feel massive empathy for them and want to support them in every way possible.

The 5th season has just started in the States. It's boss

Absolutely Parkdrive - the comments are abhorrent but are from mindless idiots who have a voice on the Internet. I'm not judging all Arsenal fans based on Davies' comments so I suggest you afford us the same courtesy.
-
Just for reference Liverpool request not to play on the 15th April for various reasons. The main one being that the management and players all attend a memorial service which is also attended by the grieving families and survivors from that terrible day. It's ironic that Davies is an Arsenal fan whose team isnt impacted by our request not to play on the 15th. His comments were a cheap shot at the City. It's basically fuck all to do with him.

Parkdrive/Atila whatever you call yourself these days. Kenny left after Hillsborough having attended many of the funerals and supporting the club and it's fans. Do you seriously consider him to be a bottler for leaving after the stress involved with that tragedy?
