Hi - replying late. The lovely Erika was my midwife throughout my first pregnancy at Dulwich Medical Centre back in 2004-5. I had a few tricky scans and she was always comforting. She was also the first person to call me a 'Mum' when she was checking the size of my bump. That was a shocker lol and the point at which I think I realised it was really going to happen. I had a difficult labour with posterior presentation and kept in for 5 days after for various reasons. At one point Erika came on shift. I always meant to tell how how wonderful it was to see her! She took my baby- Linus - for a bit so I could get some sleep. I'll never forget her kindness and empathy. Erika - if this makes it into your leaving book just wishing you a happy retirement. You made such a difference to my pregnancy and birth experience that it's hard to put into words how much you helped and how much I appreciated it. All our love Helen (and Linus - now 15).
I also remember Erika and how much difference she made to my pregancy/ birth experience. It was from East Dulwich Medical Centre times - just before she moved over to The Lanes. What's your deadline for memories? HP

Saw this and signed at the time. Was also surprised there wasn't more reaction. Truly shocking... Palestinian lives matter. Lives of disabled people matter. HP
Aw bless. Hope not stuck in someone's shed... they can really hide away and not come out of hiding in sheds if scared... I'm sure you're doing all this too but just in case: https://www.cats.org.uk/help-and-advice/lost-found-and-feral-cats/lost-a-cat https://www.thecatvet.co.uk/lost-a-cat.html H
Hi can you put a paper collar on her? Check out the Cats Protection League website for ones you can print off. They or another rescue might be able to bring a scanner to check for a microchip. HP

Bit more on it and story here: https://londonist.com/london/history/why-is-there-a-totem-pole-on-peckham-rye Went to the unveiling and chatted. It took longer than artist thought it would to carve. V impressive... H
Something useful on Five Live about assessing relative asthma risks (today 18:45). Say you even DID test now and were negative that's only now. As much as many of us would like to know if we've been exposed that's not the priority. There should be no private tests available IMO. Hope you can try to relax at least a bit and enjoy the last weeks of pregnancy/first days and weeks together as a family. Obviously worrying times for you all but with the prospect of joy soon! HP
There are still new wanted and offer posts going up on Southwark Freecycle. Surely not appropriate at the moment?I've emailed to ask why and what their policy is regarding COVID19 HP
