  1. I am not talking about a large retail unit and would not agree with it being used for that.Bromley and Croydon already exist to provide such retail experiences.
  2. It would be wonderfull to see the Crystal Palace resurrected to its former glory, and so provide a focal point for south east London and attract visitors from all over the world. THe structure once complete could be used for all manner of uses from exhibitions. concerts, weddings etc.

  9. The clause clearly states three weeks notice can be given, if they meant it to be after the twelve week period, then the clause should have been more explicit and say that, it dosen't. I read it as you and Kidkruger have, so I'd proceedd as Kidkruger has suggested.
  10. nope, I'm highlighting his inability to communicate as a councillor which in that position is a basic requirement and skill that he is clearly lacking.

    Sea Cow innit

    I'd second Master Fryer, also Fish, Chips and More on East Dulwich Road stonking hot chips, and Sea Master on Forest Hill Road, generally ok but chips sometimes only warm.
  14. Have broadband only from virgin media, speed had increased to 5kb/s this week.
  15. Have had identical problem with XP, so probably a software issue, however it has resulted in new hard disk and software re-install, waiting for machine to come back. Thought it was only me!!!!!!

  21. OK, OK, this is NOT a thread to enable people to slag of The Gardens Cafe, BUT rather to establish if it had closed down. It hasn't, its temporarily closed due to electrical problems. I've asked admin to close this thread.
