  1. I can't praise King's enough for the care and professionalism they have been giving to a family member initially as an inpatient and currently as an outpatient, and in particular the consultants. Also the District Nurse has been wonderful always going the extra mile in providing care.
  2. I better go and get some wheel clamps, attach them once cars are parked up, wait till about 4pm and start collecting the release fee's, a real easy way to generate some passive income.
  3. So, how much did Southwark Council pay moranico.com for the "art" work done on the substation?
  4. Urghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh that's disgusting, please keep it behind closed doors.

    HP sauce

bring out the Daddy's red ketchup, unbeatable
  7. Whereabouts on Forest Hill Road did this happen?
  8. Funny you should say that, as it seems the 172 has been doing tests on the route from Brockley Rise up and over the hill into town, so keep your eyes peeled
  9. Southwark Council installed two unnecessary "large" speed humps earlier this year adjacent to the Peckham Rye and Barry Road junction, these again reduce traffic speeds. It seems Southwark Council would much prefer horse drawn carrage speeds which in these modern times due to the amount of cars on the road are no longer relevant.
  10. FHR already has three sets of traffic lights between the Woodvale and Colyton Road junctions, anymore traffic slowing measures will bring traffic to a total standstill on that stretch road. The temporary traffic lights at the junction of Colyton road since they were installed slowed traffic reduced traffic flows going North in the morning and south in the evening to a crawl, meaning travellers have had to allow more time to compensate for the delays caused. The amount of passengers time being wasted by this set of lights is ridiculous. The SOONER these are removed and the original zebra crossing is re-instated the better. Traffic can then start moving more freely AGAIN.

    A fox

Was on The Cut (Blackfriars road end) last Tuesday evening at about 7.15pm) Bold as brass a small fox crossed the road in front of a collegue and myself before taking a quick exit on the left close to Southwark College, didn't expect to see a fox there.
  13. You could try contacting making tracks in South Norwood. They installed a light curtain track for me in a rear bedroom bay on the ceiling of the bay. Was done promptly and with no problems. recommendation Address: 275 South Norwood Hill London SE25 6DP Telephone: 020 8653 6505 Email: [email protected]
  14. yep, but still paid for by the council, good to see cllrs. still don't value money and waste it on this.
  15. They look hideous as does the "old" EDF sub station by the bus stop.
  16. stupid name but then what do you expect from posh spice
  17. Oh this made me chuckle, then I remembered the fox found living at the top of the Shard in London Bridge recently.
  18. James - funny how you like to give it, but change subject and clearly can't take it. As a Southwark Cllr I cannot see how you can blame the other administration. On things such as this which are NOT political you should all be pulling together working for the good of the community, as it is us who suffer.
  19. If you can Perch on the side and post a photo. could it be a big gold fish or koi carp? Would Hake to think it was something foreign that had got into the pond.
