  1. I find it amusing that Londoners complain of overcrowding, its complete nonsense! Thebeard. Thats what I'm on about, it seemed to contradict what you were saying, but did make me wonder whar you were on about.
  2. Thebeard you obviously have never experienced overcrowding but to say this is not a problem is bizzare, there are many families who have been on the southwark and housing association waiting lists for years, living in extremely cramped situations, small and big familys.
  3. One rule for all regardless of the little girl being took to see her granny who is expected to die by the end of the week,{the granny} look mummy, please can I pick that flower for grannie, no its illegal says the mum, but mum you couldnt buy the 99p ones cause you used your money to pay your bus fare and that flower is the exact same as the one on grannys curtains, maybe it will cheer her up, no child theres people in this area who are extrmely worried about there daffs and wouldnt believe us if we said we didnt have 99p, Please mummy, oh ok but look out for the hidden cameras. later that day granny dies, after a long day at last the child and her mum sleeps but is woke early, the doorbell.
  4. I once made sandwiches for my brother to take to work only because I thought my mum done to much for us (big family) and to help him realise its sometiimes best to do things for yourself, I took a little plastic holy ornament out my mums china cabinet and put it on his sandwich, how I wished I@d been there to see it, he didn't die or need hospital treatment, just a small choking then he brought it back up, my mum couldnt believe I would do such a thing to Francis of Assissi.
  5. a beautiful pair of baby mittens, 30p in hospice second hand shop, my kind of shopping.
  6. Sorry dd, almost made me dig up up my St Johns Wort and go find myself a nice friendly psychiatrist,
  7. BNF But you wont get a calming chat from a psychiatrist, thats if you have enough self awareness to get yourself there,
  8. bnf I've just realised same initials as the British National Formula, doctors drug book, your description for Jeremys asthma cure sure sounds like it, now I remember why I got into herbs but saying that Its always been a part of my culture.
  9. bn5 Self awareness to go see a psychaitrist, you no doubt can give a chemical breakdown on the ssri's that also can be explained in similiar detail to your cure for asthma. No there not my herbs, although will have my mullein plant in bloom soon, very good for asthma by the way. I agree as I.ve said in early posting physical and psycological cannot be seperated in any illness, to recognise how you feel mentally and what it is doing to you physically does not make the illness not real.
  10. surely as I've said earlier we ourselves must look for the cure within ourselves regardless of what medicine is our choice. Cant put a link up (my sons out) but look up georg groddek he helped meny people who were diagnosed terminally ill back to good health after hospitals gave up on them. DaveR mentioned it being for people with money, personally the most I have paid for a homeopath remedy (which by the way I've only used a couple of times) and a consultation is ?1, as the woman used a sliding scale for charging, she also came to my house when my son was really ill and absolutly refused any money. I would be very wary (know a livings got to be made) of anyone who was involved with healing and charging where only the rich could go. Jeremy what medicines if any do you use for your asthma, have you tried any herbs.

    Cynicism

My son was taught about aspartame (artificial sweetner) in his science class, I think it is a good idea for children to be educated about things concerning there health especially when they have been passed by authorities, I think it teaches them that at the heart of the healing is money.

  14. Hi RosieH, Dont know much about universal laws seems like a religion to me, I'd be really interested in which way they practice these laws in business if it is a business. would it make a diffrence to you working for a group (if it is a group)of people who may have diffrent ideas to yourself, it may be ppl who have respect for themselves, others and nature. I'd check out what they do with any money they make. Probably best to go and meet them without the, I believe its going to be enlightening or I believe its all claptrap, good luck.
  15. It did use to have great bootsales, but did notice that a lot of the parents of children from the school didnt quite grasp that generally you do not get half your money back to what you paid but that all changed when the rain came, I do miss these bootys.
  16. L Ron I do believe your dabbling in sum of these horrible psychiatric drugs if not then maybe you need to be, you could always open your mind and try some mind altering alternatives
  17. LRon I already explained this, its about educating people who don't know that Homeopathy is pure placebo. If you already take them and you don't have the depth of character to contemplate that you might be wrong and do some research the subject... then fine carry on taking them...put them in whatever hole you like, they have the same effect or why not give the money you are going to spend on it to charity? see if that also makes you feel better. The depth of character, how wrong can you be if it works for you, I believe regardless of what medicine you take you cannot seperate the physical from the psychological, and on some level we all must be responsible for our own health and healing.
  18. Pharmaceuticals fund most research and trials and not much room for more natural and simplistic remedies, especially if we could grow them in our gardens.I think its about what you believe in though it seriously puzzles me how many people seem to have faith in the pharmy comps, http://www.natural-health-information-centre.com/codex-alimentarius.html
  19. Great vid ibilly, haven!t heard that track for years. Politicians platforms need pulling down thing is when any other group get together against wots on offer they usually become as bad as the people they want out
  20. Couldnt imagine making a decision about schools on whether boy or girl, maybe your son would like to go to school with his sisters, or are you taking the mick Mick.

    One in Ten

Mick Mac do you just not get, or are you going to continuously keep ignoring rosies original concerns, I!m sure you are a great help to all the women you know with career problems, but cant help wondering if maybe you haven!t really heard what there saying, now why would I think that.
  22. I think southwark council should also be liable for given permission for the newer buildings to be built, how did there legal team allow this. but away from the concrete, anyone know who lives in these new houses?
