If you're a dog owner you are responsible to clean up after your dog and dispose of it safely. Bagged dog mess can be put into dog bins, litter bins and domestic waste bins.

Modern day slavery. I know Brextremists want to transport us back to bartering and rickets, but most of us have learnt from history and don't want to see the bad parts of it repeated...

  10. What with all the ticketed pub parties, perhaps there could be a PartyWatch thread, whereby people post where there's a house party and people can make their way to the nearest one...:)#theresahousepartygoingon
  11. Her God comments are worrying. Ties in with the Brexiter's mentality, all about believing in Brexit rather than actual facts...

He didn't need to say it, but I'm glad he did, it might finally wake up his apologists who support Remain who've been kidding themselves he had some long-term master plan leading to a People's Vote. He doesn't want one, he's a Brexiter, always has been, always will be. I hope everyone rests up and has a nice Christmas, because in the new year the shit is really going to hit the fan...:)
  14. Just leaving this here, courtesy of Santa Corbyn, delivered under the radar of the festive break. 20. Glad you like, as an alternative to using the eggs and then being left with 5 egg whites (which usually end up getting whisked into meringues) substitute with some whipped double cream and icing sugar to taste, and carefully fold into the mascarpone. Black cherries from a tin usually come in lots of juice, for a non-alcohol/caffeine version ideal for kids, use the juice to make a jelly set over over the sponge fingers instead of the coffee/alcohol mixture. I also decorate with cherries and chocolate shavings to give it more of a retro Black Forest Gateau look... ETA...add some cherries to the jelly mixture, and make the night before to give it time to set properly
