Interesting. My terrier likes nothing better than chasing cats that come in the garden, (im sure they tease him). It is his instinct to chase cats and squirrels. Im not sure what he'd do if he actually caught one though. Hes killed toads and mice before but would never harm a person, when i was burgled i reckon he wagged his tail as he was terrified when i got in!

I was just wondering, does anyone know if a dog can be trained to like/tolerate/ignore/not chase cats?

dogs that dont like cats should be on a lead in the street, maybe the owners didnt predict that happening and have learnt their lesson. -
