I agree with DJKQ on this, we cannot bury are head in the sand I cannot speak in regards to the parents on this particular case but through my experience working in this area there are some parents who cannot cope don?t care or even afraid of there children. I worked with mentors that have tried to turn young men mainly black men lives around and there has been a few success rates a neighbour of mine I knew a few years ago had trouble with two of her sons and she was at the end of her tether. I advised her to contact Boys to Men which is a group that helps troubled young boys her son attended the group regularly and he turn his life a round and now he is a mentor for other young men unfortunately for her other son he was shot dead only because he was in the wrong area at the wrong time and he was not Semalin.

SMG the time I get in, is 8:45am so the 78 is is empty I only work a couple of days in the office my jobs takes me to our Newcastle office and our Edinburgh office and I work from home so there are times I have to take the overground but I hate it.

I feel this is a snobbery issue, as some people see Iceland as chavy but ED as all classes of people why can't stores reflect this or are we going to have chavy shops on one side of LL and we saw you coming store on the other side;-)

Not for me SMG I don't do over or undergrounds, if I can help it can't bear being packed in like sardines and it feels like a coffin with electric doors if I can get a bus to the other side of London I do.

You could be right SMG but I feel, it has been handled badly I just putting myself in her shoes how she must be feeling and what her colleagues really thought about her I could not work there after that if that had happen to me.

A friend of mind, told me yesterday that one of her colleague walked out of her job yesterday because her line manager spoke to her regarding her personal hygiene issues and told her this will remained confidential. To me this a very tricky subject to approach anyway but I feel this manager had no right to discuss this with other staff members I am sure the Lady in question is embarrassed as it is. Just wondering is this quite common in the work place tattle ? tale and snitching.
